No system for queuing, which is fair because some establishments can't officiate one, but when we got to the front we stood for a good 10 minutes changing between eye contact, 'bonjour', and 'excusez moi' which all were ignored and people behind kept being served. Attitude of the servers is shocking, and when we eventually got served with attitude, the ice was so disappointing. Perhaps the only reason they're busy is they have a monopoly on the island. he ice is incredible, fresh and flavourful, loads of options and good waffles, But unlike all there other locations in the il de re this one was chaotic, staff were clearly stressed and no proper queue. I think this is the worst of there locations, still good and I would recommend.
