Had my Nissan Elgrand Camper re gassed air con. No issues and all working fine. Cost just £68 which i think is a fair price. Guy on reception was very helpful and provided a price for a future service. Booked in at short notice due to a severe water leak and local garages couldnt help for 3 weeks. Steve was excellent, kept me informed on progress & what the issue was. Replaced the part & checked the car over to ensure I had no further problems. Jack, mechanic, was brilliant , a very lengthy job but car is now running as it should. Would highly recommend, service was fantastic. Definately worth using this garage. Phenomenal service. The technicians were thorough and professional, thr receptionists were knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during a stressful time and complimentary snacks / drinks were a cherry on top Wanted to give them 5 stars but they forgot to disconnect this (see image) back in which I believe is a coolant temperature sensor. Not very professional at all, emailed them 2 times already and no response, worried if there is something else on the car that’s not connected back up. Contacted EAC at the Maddocks for a new tyre. Ryan who I spoke with over the phone initially was really helpful. When I took my car in the next day he was absolutely lovely, offered us drinks while we waited and passed on good information. Tyre was fitted promptly. As a woman I often feel anxious contacting garages, as have been ripped off in the past. It was really refreshing to be treated so respectfully. Definitely recommend this place! I must say I’m really impressed with EAC Halesfield. I initially left a poor review here due to my previous experience, however I have to give credit to Mark and the team. After reading my previous review, Mark got in touch with me personally and insisted that he rectified the issues. I took the car back the next day - Mark apologised and provided me with a courtesy car. The team very quickly sorted out all my problems and didn’t charge me. I was shocked as I was not expecting any work to be carried out, so it came as a surprise when I came to collect my car and everything was fixed. They have definitely gained my trust back and I’m glad to say, I’ve found my new go-to garage. Thanks again! Hortonwood branch. Steve was very accommodating and the service was carried out very efficiently. Having always used BMW previously I can highly recommend EAC. Not to mention the significant cost saving. I will use again without hesitation. Really impressed with the service at EAC. The lady on reception was really helpful and nice to deal with. The car was done in a timely manner with no issues. I will definitely use EAC in the future.
