We have had lunch here and we enjoyed a lot. We tasted the cheese slices, a small green salad and lamb ribs. All was delicious and quickly deliverd. The only inconvenient was the temperature. Outside was really hot and we have eaten into the restaurant, a little bit more fresh but still warm. Fully recommended. Fantastic food and great view! Very good burger and chips in a beautiful little square with Neptune’s fountain inside the village. Disappointing experience on my recent visit. I went on a big hike and arrived just before 4pm for a very late lunch/early dinner. The menu wouldn’t load on my phone so I asked the server for a physical menu. As she arrived with it, the bell tower rang out to mark 4pm, and the server asked if I wanted food or just drinks. When I answered food, she said the kitchen closed at 4pm. When I asked if that meant I couldn’t order anything at exactly 4pm, she said no. I got a beer to quell the hunger but was disappointed, especially when at 4:20pm the table next to me had their meals arrive so clearly the kitchen had still be cooking and should have been able to add in one meal ordered at exactly 4pm. No snacks or any other alternative offered, either. The burgers were very nice, but the vegan burger was a bit off in taste and not so good. The location is nice but the street is a bit busy. The staff speak good English and they had good specials like a home made ice-tea and the vegetable lasagna. Great and very tasty food✨🫶, nice presentation, 👍 perfect service 👏 in a cosy place in the very heart ❤️ of the small town by the wonderful river Soča. The best burgers, home-made gnocchi, delicious meat, local fish, local sweets. The best Ceasar salad ever 👏👏👏. Great for a lunch stop as well as for a relaxing dinner 🤩. Perfect value for money🫶🫶.
