I think I've been to the last half dozen of their shows and they're always great. Mix of acrobatics, animals, and of course the ever awesome Tweedy the clown. Kids love it and plenty for adults too. Even the food is decent. I was gifted a Christmas meal and at Giffords at the Fennel’s farm. I was informed that it was GC’s first Winter and was sold out. The meal was pleasant and served with smiling faces and on Emma Bridgewater plates ( again I am told that Nell Gifford and Emma Bridgewater were half sisters) Toti Gifford greeted us, which made us feel welcomed and had a small part in the show! Parking was in his field, however due to the rain many cars were just churning the grass and mud ( no clear signs for the exit, and confusion due to the row of lights which led to a free for all scramble to leave) A lifetime everyone should get. We absolutely loved it. The memories will stay with you forever. Treat yourself with the dinner at Christmas time: it was magical. Food was so good and the service so kind. You'll get transported back in time, to enjoy the true magic of the from centuries ago. Wassail - Drinkale! Not to be missed! Pure Magic – A Tradition We’ll Cherish Forever. We have been visiting Giffords every for the past five years, and it has quickly become one of the true highlights of our year. It’s not just about meeting friends and sharing the experience, but about being completely transported to another place and time, after year, by superb acts and unforgettable performances. The atmosphere created by the entire Giffords team is unlike anything you will anywhere else. The way the is performed and put together is a beautiful nod to a bygone era, full of charm, elegance and heart. It feels timeless. I’m now in my 40s, and I genuinely hope I’ll still be visiting Giffords well into my 80s. This was especially special, as it was our first time visiting the home of Giffords for their very first Christmas show. If anything, the magic felt even more alive. There was something truly enchanting about seeing Giffords in winter — festive, cosy and utterly captivating. We also included Sauce as part of our visit and, as always, were never let down. The food and service are consistently excellent and add even more to the overall experience. Giffords is the tonic we all need in today’s world — joyful, nostalgic, life-affirming and full of wonder. Long may it continue. But wow—what an incredible experience! The was full of amazing acts, beautifully put together, and completely captivating from start to finish. The singers and live band were absolutely fantastic and added so much atmosphere to the performance. Giffords is truly magical and a that should not be missed! Going to a Giffords is an annual highlight for us as a family. This year, we have been twice - most recently to the Winter at Fennels Farm where we were once again treated to the most magical experience. It felt as though we had gone “behind the curtain” and had the chance to see the inner workings of the - a chance to see behind the scenes. Our son is a wheelchair user and this is one of the most inclusive and well run operations for disabled people that we have ever been to - which is why we keep coming back! From booking our tickets, to parking, toilets, to our seats (which felt like we had won a prize as we were literally front and centre!) to the amazing staff who are always so welcoming, kind and friendly. So many organisations could really learn a lot from how well this incredible team (family) approach accessibility and inclusivity. Especially when you consider the location and terrain most of the shows are on! It’s just such a wonderful, family centred, funny and magical set up - plus the food is excellent. We are always so grateful to find a family that our whole family gets so much enjoyment from. Thankyou Giffords. Had been to Giffords in the summer but this was a bit different. All inside with a row of caravans greeting you through a Narnia type entrance way. Food was posh fast and tasty. Fries and burger good and not ridiculously priced. The ring was through a small entrance way. Upstairs for standard seating, downstairs by ringside if you'd booked a meal. The was traditional and 'gentle' entertainment but very inclusive with audience participation. Some great acts of skill and physical strength and lovely music. A really enjoyable evening that we all found entertaining, funny and enchanting.
