Just enjoying the nature around you, the scenery, the quiet, the book which are you reading. Amazing place! Book it! The SPA is great. With indoor and ourdoor pool, 3 hot tubs one of which outdoors with views over valley, salt bath, 3 saunas and a salt room. The on site serves massive portions of tasty food and desserts. The place is 5 min away from the salt mine and more turistic attractions like the Magura monastry and 20min drive to Slănic Moldova and its hike trails. Best spa experience! Never had any complaints when visiting and always had to get a massage before heading out. Great place and lovely spa with some views sprinkled on top. Staff has always been super friendly and although a couple of things in the cabins or bowling alley could do with some improvements, it still holds up through the years. Very quiet, cozy, with a beautiful landscape and a nice wellness center. Very clean, helpful staff, we had our baby with us and felt really welcomed everywhere. People here are genuinely kind and the place seems to drive things at a different speed, the one that we need to reconnect to our inner peace. Congrats for keeping this place alive in the challenging conditions of the pandemics. Great sauna and massage packages. Friendly personnel. They have infrared sauna, salt sauna, Turkish sauna, and the highlight is a Finish sauna with aromatherapy and a view to the valley. You can ask for extra towels at the reception. The massage packages include relaxation, full body, stones, showers, pressopuncture and many more. Super professional. Great experience. The Hotel is nice, clean and the staff extremely nice and helpful. The food at is good with relative prices. There is a lot of thins to do every time. Swimming pools (outdoor and indoor)is excellent. A very big disappointment Everything went wrong from start to finish. We chose to eat lunch due to the beautiful location, a beautiful located near a lake, wonderful view. Unfortunately the serving is a disaster, bored employees, no kindness- to be greeted with a smile, zero involvement, it took a long to receive the food we ordered even if at that there were only the two of us on the terrace and a few other people ( I think there were 2 tables occupied inside the ). We ordered a grilled beef and a Fiorentina T Bone, the first one medium cook, and the second medium-rare. We received the beef fillet well cooked, not medium, and T bone simply came burned on all sides. Burned!!!! We refused the T bone, and we were told we would receive another portion. The second time, after waiting a very long time, the meat (which by the way was of a poor quality, full of threads), came almost raw, cooked almost not at all. Although the location is beautiful, I do not recommend this restaurant, where the employees are not professionals at all, and what can I say about the beef ... it is a premium food that if you do not know how to cook it, you better not put it on the menu. From our point of view, it was a joke, they actually destroyed 2 pieces of meat. I also served a lemonade, of poor quality, and also warm on top. In the summer, a hot lemonade. I don't know how is the accommodation here, but the experience we had at the was enough to make us not want to go there a second time. Too bad. The location is beautiful, but the people who work there, ruin it.
