Great experience whilst staying over with a friend. Great pint of Guinness and lots of seating. We played many a game of pool and they have about 5 dart boards. Smoking area within the premises and friendly staff. Great place for a pint and a cocktail. The bar has been totally done up since our last visit pre-COVID. It looks amazing, would highly recommend if you are in Tramore and looking for a night out. I didn't eat anything there. I was at a pub quiz, which was most enjoyable, and there was a fantastic buzz in the bar. The staff were very efficient as well. Loved this bar with fantastic range of beers all well priced. Great seating and last but not least 2 of the nicest barmen I have met in a long time. Eric was one of them and Tommy I think was the other one 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 Let my nephew in after 9.00pm. Myself and my brother couldn't get in anywhere else, so respect to The Old Forge Bar. No we were on holidays by the way. Dubs stay away from this place before you end up barred from the entire Town , the overweight barman rudely interrupted when the white ball chipped off the table and onto the floor , very rude and unprofessional we went to o neills and o sheas and had a great few games of pool and drinks with the family, by the way we had young kids with us..... Had a brilliant time at the quiz night. The bar man Tommy was on top of his game, knew exactly what I wanted before I did 😁 Made the groups night Top bloke👍 Bar staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere in pub.
