The guys working there are so friendly, ensuring we understood the menu and the specials. We can't wait to go back again. The food is always of really high quality, and is very (especially the sauces, their salsa Verde is "chef's kiss") . I've never gotten a bad meal. Staff are always very friendly and helpful when ordering and collecting. Being able to order over the phone is also very handy. But today, at La Vida Loca in Waterford, Ireland, I was lucky enough to taste the most pozole I’ve ever had in my life. As a Mexican, I can truly say that the pozole here is above and beyond the authentic Mexican cuisine. These guys at La Vida Loca are truly locos! They’ve reinvented an iconic dish and made it five times better. What a pleasure it was to enjoy it. It was also a delight to meet the creators of this amazing cuisine and such an original venue.
