Just why did we get a cold pizza, the order didn't reach us in full, the kebab was missing and the chicken tenders were very tasty but they came with 10 pieces of fries🤷. The kebab arrived after about 15 minutes👌 and it was tasty🥰. The is very nice but we were not offered anything to compensate😕 maybe next 🤔 Thanks and luck 🍀 😉 Adam. Food is however service very slow. No social distancing going on and shocked to see most customers not wearing masks. Sign in window only 3 people at a time. No one adhere to it and don't implement it. Half the food wasn't delivered, had to go pick it up ourselves and no refund or vouchers. Wouldn't pick up calls, and food almost cold. Don't recommend going here. Great service! Real chips and chippers has everything you'd like from the chippy. When I would like a bag chips this is the the place to go. Kebabs, burgers, onion rings and scallops are all top notch. Chips were okey but burger was rly poorly made. For the price u would expect something much better. Order food and it came cold and soggy rang complained sent out half the order and it was worse not my first time. Not worth ordering from Great food The prices are expensive. The chips were very nice. The regular burger had a,DOT, of ketchup on it. The onions consisted of about 4 very small chopped pieces. They were not fried,which for a burger,they should be. I've never seen, any take away, serving raw onions on a burger. Is this to save them time,so as they can move on to the next customer!! That's just not enough. It was thrown together. Their could do with some training,from their boss,in their attitude, in customer service. I find them rude,grumpy and unfriendly. The customers are their wage packet. Therefore, they should show some respect when serving. It costs nothing to have a smile and not give the customers the opinion, that they're a nuisance to you. I feel the cannot be bothered to be polite and friendly. They don't even look at you when serving,as they are a lot of the time, looking at their mobiles. For me,it's extremely important for any business,to have friendly staff. Even though some of their food is good,I'd rather pay more,to get customer service. I been there a few times now and it's always the same. Now I'll try a different take away, with nice smiling and welcoming staff. After Covid with so many people without work,you would assume,the would be delighted to be back serving the public and to have a job.
