The food is pretty good but not the best, but it's pretty cheap for a restaurant and the portions are quite big. Had mushrooms, fried cheese (pohovani kackavalj), a cheese like a cottage cheese that you spread on bread (kajmak), tomatoes, Serbian coleslaw and bread (and that was just entrée). Mains were Smoked Pork Rib, pizza, beef schnitzel (lovacki sos) with vegies and a vegie sauce and chicken with sesame seeds, chips and coleslaw (which he did not eat), Meals were very big. Dessert was 4 scoops of Ice cream between the 2 of us. The only downside of the night was the noisy table next to us which was a 12th birthday party with a dozen or so children with no parent supervision! There were also people smoking in the restaurant (a normal thing in Serbia), but luckily not very many and not close to us. Would have given 5 out of 5 if they had of controlled the children and stopped them running, yelling and throwing things. Wonderful place. Service speed is understandable considering the fact that they make the food right there when it's ordered. The ambiance is also pretty good, you can sit inside and outside, however you choose. You could cut the smoke, it was simply disgusting. Come on guys, it’s 2022, smoking is not cool! - beer was served lukewarm - the place was busy so we ordered a cold platter for appetizers but the server had no sense of different courses and he bought the appetizers with the main courses. We pretty much left the cold platter untouched (it looked and tasted good) - the only pro is the quality of the food although we couldn’t enjoy it at all in the “cigar room”. I would gladly return once the no smoking signs are taken seriously. But for now, very disappointed.
