Highly recommended for an authentic Serbian culinary experience. The restaurant offers a wide array of traditional dishes, excellent service, and a charming rustic setting. Booking in advance is advisable, especially during peak hours. Located near a hotel, it's a popular stop for travelers to/from Greece. Expect a traditional ethnic setting and potentially shared tables with sparrows. Weekends are busy, so reservations are recommended to avoid disappointment. Food was spectacular! From presentation to the taste. If you want to try real Serbian food, in real authentic ambient, with great stuff and food and to enjoy it, you must come here. Anyone into meat will absolutely go nuts about this gem. Amazing atmosphere, traditional restaurant, attention to details, very delicious food. Must visit. If you are in Leskovac, you should not skip this restaurant. Our suggestion is to make reservation in advance. We came on Saturday at lunch time and luckily they managed to seat us (after we confirmed we plan to have just quick meal) as they were fully booked for the afternoon. Service is good and fast. Waiters are professional, old school. In less than 20 minutes from ordering we received the food. Food was spectacular! From presentation to the taste. Waiter recommended us to try their specials from the grill - djevrek with kajmak and pljeskavica (something on S, but both dishes are suggested on the menu as well). We ordered homemade bread, sopska salad, french fries & urnebes spread. Portions are big, but sides must be ordered separately. Interior is very rustic/etno - which we loved due to authenticity. Outdoor space is interesting, as well in rustic style. About food, well im done talking. Go check for yourself. Take all try all. The was amazing. All waiters were nice, kind and helpful. Food was good and portion great. Parking was free and they accept card Tasty traditional Serbian cuisine from the South part of the country. Nice atmosphere of wooden house and terrace. Good place for family lunch during a weekend. People usually visit this place while traveling from / to Greece. There is a hotel next to the restaurant. Traditional ethnic restaurant, which has a setting and a summer garden. From their traditional Serbian cuisine, you can try several types of salads, delicious home-made bread, for the main course they have a delicious and high-quality grill and I would recommend you to try the perfect oven-roasted lamb. They also have desserts Perfect dishes. Everything was soo tasty, definitely will come back. Great service, must try home made crispy bread Good traditional BBQ with good selection of drinks in old-fashioned tavern setting We especially like the grilled minced pork and the various dips. Service are professional and warm Remains our favorite In Leskovac (Sometimes the sparrows join your table for bread) If you're in the area, don't miss this place. The food was amazing, was great with absolutely no problems and the atmosphere was chill. Anyone into meat will absolutely go nuts about this gem. Our boy Ivan has suggested the best pieces for us, newbies to Leskovac BBQ, big thanks to Ivan! Although the meat was beyond this planet (bagel burger with creme cheese and grilled pork neck), one should not skip the hot/cold appetisers - don't miss out Ajvar, Sprža and Moravska salata. We are so happy to have come here, this is a true pearl of Serbian cuisine. If you're in the area, don't miss this . The food was amazing, the waiters are helpful. food !!! Dobra hrana!!! Great 😍 I loved everything, overall the fast service. Mulled wine is 🤩 a MUST visit restaurant! The food is the textbook definition of Balkan cuisine. Anything you order from the vast menu will be the right choice for you. The ambiance is absolutely beautiful. If you are ever looking for a delicious and Balkan culinary experience, this is the place. Even as a Slovene i feel amongst brothers here. atmosphere, traditional restaurant, attention to details, very delicious food. Must visit. A wonderful place to feel the authentic folklore ambience of Serbia. Apart from the space which looks amazingly beautiful, the food is amazingly delicious! We ordered several ground meat specialties (several types of "pleskavica" and "ushtipci"). In addition, we ordered authentic country bread, appetizer of hot peppers in garlic and parsley, fries with cheese. Everything was great! For drinking, we tried "Zajacharsko" beer and two types of brandy - "Dunjovaca" and "Lozova". We really recommend! The and the waiters (Marko was our waiter, he really did a great job) themselves are excellent, and they are dressed in stylized elements of Serbian folk costume. We had a truly memorable family evening at Restoran Groš in Leskovac. Right from the start, the rustic “etno brvnara” atmosphere and welcoming staff set a wonderful tone. Our waiter Igor was exceptional—genuinely friendly, attentive, and always nearby just when we needed him. He patiently answered our questions, recommended the perfect dishes, and treated us like old friends. His personal touch made the evening feel warm and relaxed. The highlight of the meal was the Beef Shank on Kajmak—a beautifully tender and flavorful cut, perfectly complemented by rich, creamy kajmak. It was an absolute delight that elevated our dining experience. I would recommend the place. First time here and food was perfect. Waiter knew what to suggest. Helpful. I will return on the way back from Macedonia.
