They do have a great selection of different specialities. Different oils (above all, the famous pumpkin seed oil - the Styrian Gold), different vinegars, pumpkin seeds covered with chocolate (in lots of different taste styles), pestos, spreads, jams, chutneys, honeys, flours, cereals, spices and much more. The products are expensive but of generally high quality, so we liked our purchase. The only negative thing that we experienced: in the upper floor, they do have a small museum for how to produce the pumpkin seed oil - and when a busload full of people comes down from up there, the is suddenly totally full with people. Nevertheless, can totally recommend the and its products. I have not try better kyrbis oil. Taste, color great Great products, super service and a fantastisc beautiful shop. My best recormention A true gem that delivers the best of Kürbiskernöl (Pumpkin Seed Oil), the famed "Black Gold" 🏆 Ölmühle Hartlieb succintly combines a century of traditional, tried and tested quality with modern know-hows! Here you can find the history, process and future of Kürbiskernöl with an extensive and view on the First Floor and a museum on the Second Floor with a wide variety of products such as (25 types of Oil ranging from Olive, Macademia, Peanut ) and (28 Vinegars with even Raspberry and Pear) to expand your tastebuds! In my opinion, this should be a highlight if you're in Leibnitz and you will surely treasure such an experience as I have ☀️ A feast for the senses and a must for all food lovers visiting the Südsteiermark! You park the car and you are suddenly met by the wonderful aroma of toasted nuts and grains. This ancient mill and has an authentic, rustic feel with its charming wood panelling and beautiful main door. Inside you will find all manner of oils, grains, nuts, vinegars, pickles. spirits and pulses from the Styria area and abroad, which you can sample upon request. Very informative, friendly and obliging staff. There is a museum too, which can be visited subject to prior appointment. In the harvest season, you will often see locals bringing their nuts or grains for roasting there, which adds to the general charm of the place. Despite there being no olive groves in Styria, the excellent olive oil produced here comes from a tiny plantation in Tuscany sourced by the mill owners and is of the highest quality. A highly recommended gastronomic experience!
