Booked a table to be told "no you can't sit there" etc, waitress was rolling her eyes and raised her voice! sorry would def' not recommend or be going back again! Shame :( 1st time we went for a drink was told there was no seating outside even though HALF the tables were empty and NOT reserved! Noticed that the staff were alot friendlier with people of their own age (under 30) or the opposite Sex! Very unprofessional and not a good impression! Desperately need some customer service skills! Our server, blond lady was so kind and friendly, but lady at entrance which was seating us, was not really happy, motivated or giving us any welcoming impression, she just said that we should be done by 1pm.
