A very pleasant stay for our family, very friendly hosts, very friendly host dog labrador who our daughter loved to play with, our kids also made other friends from other families visiting the next door apartments, breakfast was great on our final morning, but there is also a decent bakery five min walk away. Overall recommended and we hope to visit again soon. A good home away from home. Honestly one of the best bed and breakfasts I have ever visited. Top quality service, friendly people, rooms have all the bells and whistles. There is a fridge, an oven with stove tops, meaning you can do your own meals. Clean and cozy. Highest recommendation I can give. The location is superb, very close to lake Palic, and you can go everywhere by bike. Every apartment has its own entrance from yard, with a little sitting lounge in front of it, which is something you can rarely find. We travel often, but this type of accomodation is prescious and hard to find. Especially now, in the time of the pandemic, it is very convenient not to meet anyone indoors and have your own entrance from the yard. There is a private parking area, and a front house that is used as reception and a little caffé. Supermarket is 5 min away, as well as the beach at lake. Apartments are very clean and well equipped, with all kitchen utencils and veeeery comfortable beds. The owners are a lovely couple, nice and welcoming people, with a charming dog Marta, that are there for everything you need. They gave us great reccomendations on what to see and where to eat. We enjoyed our stay and felt like at home. The yard is spatious and its great for families with children. We will definitely visit Palic and stay in Villa Stara Breza 2 again! Nice and cheap apartments in a quiet part of the town. There is a reception where you can have a breakfast or buy some snacks. However, we went there in november and it was a bit cold in the rooms, they were not heated enough. Perfect place, location is great, the host is fabulous, friendly, easy to communicate with and attentive. We will come again Clean, tidy and spacious. Host is very kind, polite and friendly. I will visit this accommodation again for sure. It is close to the lake Palic, grocery stores and restaurants. Yard is spacious, with lot room for kids to play.
