Waitress was ok Horrible place, the worst I've experienced so far in Lithuania and one of the worst in my life. 1- we waited 1 hour before a waitress noticed us and came to take the order; 2- the restaurant could not offer half of the things written in the menu; 3- we waited another hour after the order to receive the food; 4- the food was horrible and disgusting; 5- I was charged 1.50 for two glasses of TAP WATER. The opposite of welcome and polite service. It's a shame that people who work at the grill would rather not and are broadcasting their dissatisfaction to visitors. Came earlier, asked until when burgers are served. Waiteress/chef said grill works till 8, the rest till midnight. Came back 7.45, things were wraped up. The unhappy waitress/chef said grill works till 8 including closing cleanup time. Asking 15 euros for a burger with service like that is outrageous, regardless of the quality of that burger. And from what we've seen, the quality is mediocre at best. Glad we saved our meal to something made with love and care. Der frisch geräucherte Fisch war super. Išpradžių reiktų apmokyti jaunimą prieš priimant dirbti, kad galėtų dirbti aptarnavime ir mokėtų bendrauti su klientais… Molonaus elgesio ir meniu sudėties, nes pasiteiravus nežino net koks garnyras prie šonkaulių įeina… The food was ok, but the customer service was absolutely atrocious, the waiters kept bringing us meals that literally no one ordered and I bet they threw them out afterwards, they were absolutely clueless about the "phantom orders" and the waiting time is so long omg they told us to wait 20 mins, we ended up waiting an hour and they also didnt have half of the things on the menu. I don't understand how they working, they say are working on the website but when I arriving it is closed.
