I attend at different times and sometimes there isn't any loo roll in downstairs main toilets ( womens) , hand wash or paper towel. Toilets in the gym should be open too. Tennis courts have cracks on the courts with weeds growing through. The nets are saggy and lack maintenance sadly. Be good to invest into basic facilities more. Place is filthy dirty pool thick scum which is dirt inside rim of pool. Showers disgusting. Reception area poorly staffed with always just one staff Reception area also dirty skirting thick with dust and cobwebs. Pool regularly freezing cold and cold showers Needs a full deep clean. We joined a week ago and are really enjoying the place, excellent facilities and welcoming staff. Attended the “fun float splash” session as Walton doesn’t run it on a weekday. Upside there was barely anyone there, but they had barely any floats out when we arrived, I had to ask for some & that took them ages to send someone to get them. No kids pool. No slide. And the marker line for non swimmers is less than half way, so you’re all crammed into a small space. Session was bang on an hour before they kick you out & changing rooms smelled like wee. I understand why it was quiet. It took the ‘fun & float’ out of ‘fun float splash’ Would not recommend. Will go to the Walton next time 😒 Male changing rooms upstairs have some kind of food sauce sprayed on the walls has been there longer than I have been a member . Down stairs the wellness centre changing rooms stink of stale urine the paint has paleeled from the walls because of the acids in the urine along with the floors peeling up complained many times nothing ever been done the floors have never seen a mop down there it’s actually gross how they think we should be ok with it. Ok edit time after uploading this the cleaner has cleaned the 2 spots in the photos but ignored the rest of the walls and floors and left them covered in the same food sauce . When pointed out to the desk workers we was met with shrugged shoulders along with a look that said I don’t care Place is amazing, the indoor gym is just what I needed for my workouts. However, the only way to get food when the cafe is closed is from the overpriced vending machines. And there's no water refill station anywhere except the gym which you cannot access unless you are currently at the gym and working out there.
