Lovely pub but there is a pool table slap bang in middle of bar so you have to keep moving your head or bending down when someone is taking a shot or you will get a cue to the head ! It's just annoying more than anything else not sure why they don't place this in the larger lounge out the back ? Otherwise a pleasant place, staff and nice traditional music on a Saturday evening. Just popped in for a couple of beers served its purpose Excellent pub, nice and freshly painted, barman funny, interesting and down to earth , a real asset, lovely pint. Friendly, warm pub with the charm of a genuine old irish pub with a snug, lounge and pool bar and a gorgeous outdoor area which has seating and is tastefully designed.
