Lovely place with nice atmosphere. Stylish, cozy and in the middle of a forest at the end of the city. The from the rooms is magnificent! There is a small spa zone which is really comfortable and you’re just 10 minutes away from the city center. The only thing we didn’t like is that it is unfinished and the walls are so thin you hear everything your neighbours are talking about. How much you’ll sleep totally relies on when the other guests will wake up and start talking. The villa is and everything during our stay was perfect. Friendly staff, great food and interior. The location is also very nice - it feels like you are in the forest. Highly recommend the villa for a relaxing time close to nature. Хубаво местенце заобиколено от гора. This place is like taken from a fairytale! It is so beautiful, made with taste and attention to every little detail. It is located in an forest, with view. The atmosphere and the interior if the house are simple but cozy, and make you feel like home. The food is so so good. There are vegetarian and vega option and it is worth to pay for all inclusive because everything from the main meals, salad drinks and desserts is with good quality and made with taste! We will definitely go back to that place again! Our kid loved it too. There is an adventure park 50-100 meters walk away form the house. And the beginning to the ecopath to the waterfalls is near too. Arboretum Villa is an wonderful place. You can go there with family, kids or with you couple. You can enjoy the stunning and the delicious food. The staff is helpful and very amiable. The spa is small but very well equipped to spend a couple of relaxing hours. Highly recommended ! Не вдигат, не връщат не е ясно дали работи We visited the hotel for a café and were very disappointed. Starting with the fact that the doors were locked and only entrance was a hole in the fence. The hotel’s restaurant has a very nice but the service was a total disaster. We have waited around 30 minutes for cafe and bottled beverages. Would NOT recommend visiting the restaurant. A small, but well-maintained wellness zone with sauna, steam room and a wide jacuzzi(34 d. C). Very delicious breakfast. The dinner meals were mediocre and slightly overpriced as they usually are in hotel restaurants. The room was big with many windows and a from all sides and with a king size bed. The water in the bathroom could be turned warm, but not hot. The staff is very polite, which made the stay even cozier. The menu is big enough to make your choice and the food is tasty. The place has a lot of potential and it can easily be one great villa. Unfortunately, the staff were not taking any measures in order to avoid the pandemic - no masks, no gloves... people were sitted nearby eachother in the resturant. Also there were bugs in the rooms - like flies and mosquitos - that must and can be easily avoided!
