Free Car parking is available at the front. Pretty decent museum. Very interesting for and adults. A separate kinder play area is also included within the ticket. Small Cafe also available inside the museum. Roughly 4 to 5 hours minimum you can spend with your kids. extremely interesting Absolute must-visit. It's a bit overlooked, on the side street next to the Technikmuseum, but lots of fun! A very creative, interactive, hands-on experience for and adults alike! Open Thursday to Sundag and great great gor all age groups. More than 2000 m2 exhibition space with more than 100 mesmerizing conveyor machines starting with the invention of the wheel, wagons or simple " Kornfege", "Rotationsworfelmaschine". All the the describtions are very detailed in text and picture and in German and English. The whole exhibition is divided in exhibition of conveyor technology, open workshop DIY ( marble run, new Axmann modular system), massive, indoor play area, cinema and cantine. The loved most that they could press lots of buttons and start the conveyor machines or move the gondola, car with square wheels. There is also a cool, retired " Schwebebahn". The cantine is perfect for a sma stopover with fries, Flammkuchen, coffe, muffins before exploring the indoor playground with a slide with toboggan, donuts slide, regularslides, climbing area, Ping Pong tables and area to drive with all kinda funky vehicles. Top Great place for 7-10 year old kids.. the serious parts of this place get boring really quickly..kudos to the team for so much optimization on every station! Very nice for my 9 years old son Interessantes zum Thema in einem ehemaligen Betriebsgebäude einer Fördertechnikfirma. Man kann fast alle exponate in Betrieb setzen. Für die gibt es einen indoorspielplatz. Klare Empfehlung! 🤩 Fantastic place, educational in interesting way. Great place too see things that every one of us uses but only few have seen - assembly lines, sorting lines, robots and a lot of more. On top of that every single exhibition is interactive, moves and shows how everything works. In the second building is the indoor playground with slides, tunnels, toys for of all ages. Would definitely come back. Place probably doesn't get quite the attention it deserves, because it is located just next-door to the Technik Musem. I can recommend it to anyone, not just kids. I brought my two boys and their friend here and they had a blast! Between the exhibits, the STEM lab where you see robots working and get to work on your own project, and two huge indoor playgrounds, we stayed for 4.5 hours. There were also two birthday parties happening - what a fun place to celebrate! It was a Sunday and this place was dead. I don't know why Germans don't come here but rather crowd the transport next-door. For under 10euro we had the whole place to ourselves. From the automation displays to the huge indoor playground to the "lego technics" area with a very friendly teacher to guide them The explains a lot about mechanical movements, transport and a bit of automation. Not every exhibit worked, but the really loved that most machines can be started by visitors. enjoyed the workshop the most, We stayed 5 hours in total. It is an excellent small with many exciting conveyors and other techniques The is really great! Your kid will love it, it is fully and has a playground and a cycling hall on the site. The prices in the cantina are fair. I would describe this place as a place for kids, would be strange to visit it without one. The only disadvantage that several attractions were out of order but I guess it is usual situation for an museum. The place is really underestimated (it is 100 better that their website), there were so few people there. Technic attracts all the visitors, but this one is even better in some matters. Tolles kleine mit tollen Mitmachsachen. Gerade für Kinder von 2-10 Jahren richtig klasse. Indoorspielplatz, Fahrzeuge und Fischertechnik zum Bauen. Really nice place for of almost any age. We were here on Saturday and it was really nice and not too busy.
