Sinsheim, Germany Thermal baths

Thermen & Badewelt Sinsheim offers a relaxing and enjoyable experience with its diverse range of pools and saunas. While the facility can get crowded, especially during peak times, the overall atmosphere and amenities make it a worthwhile visit. Booking in advance is highly recommended. Consider visiting on a weekday to avoid large crowds. Booking tickets and massage appointments in advance is strongly advised. Be aware of potential issues with ticketing machines and allow extra time for entry. The facility includes a textile-free sauna area, be mindful of the rules. Amazing place, just like a little paradise island, we had a lovely holiday. This was a truly magical experience! The high ceilings and fully glass architecture made the space feel open and bright... The creative approach to the saunas was unlike any I’ve ever seen. It is always full but somehow not overloaded. They manage to keep the water warm and clean. Frequently mentioned in reviews: Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. I had very expectations of this thermal bath but my was slightly disappointing. I've been to many thermal baths in Germany and other thermal baths were way better on several aspects. Vital and Sauna area: This has been the most disappointing so far, there is only one crowded bar and an even more crowded tiny salt pool. Textile area: This has one large and a few tiny overcrowded ones that we couldn't try because there was never any free space. Loungers availability: We had to book a double seat for 13 EUR, but for most other days only some outrageously expensive loungers were available (150 to 300 Eur). I've been to better thermal baths in Germany where such a lounger is only around 30-40 EUR instead of 200+ If you don't have a reserved seat, it can be difficult to find a place to sit. One thing I liked is that they have a few non reservable seats and they would clear your towels and belongings if you leave them on it while you're away. Food: Food can be a hit or miss, the chicken Thai curry was nothing like Thai curry and was barely edible. The chili con carne however was quite delicious. They do have some delicious dessert options and the food was not expensive and very beautifully plated. Water temperature: Water was quite cold in my opinion, because a large part of the is outdoors and that probably affects the of the inside. It wasn't uncomfortable though. Air was very pleasant and warm. Parking: Plenty of free parking spots were available. Showers and lockers: There very few showers so waiting times were quite longs and queues of 5-10 people were forming at times. was good and the facilities were very clean. Sauna: One thing I loved was the cinema Sauna, you can watch a small documentary projected while inside the sauna. I didn't join any of the activities because the lines were insanely long which made the saunas fully packed. The steam bath was also really nice and the peeling options are amazing. Massage: Massages must be booked ahead of time. They also have some automatic massage beds but I couldn't find the cost mentioned anywhere. I think that's quite misleading. There thousands of real orchids and beautiful plants all over the pools, which was really nice. I'm not sure if I would come back again. I had a visiting this place. There's truly something for everyone, both adults and kids. I appreciated their focus on privacy and ensuring everyone follows common decency rules without making customers feel uncomfortable. However, the prices are a bit for what's on offer, and it was a bit crowded for my liking. We had to wait in several areas to enjoy the different pools. I also wish the wristbands were a bit sturdier. The ones we got dissolved in water, making it nearly impossible to remember your locker number after a full day of swimming, visiting the saunas and steam baths. Another that could use some improvement is the front desk customer service. Apart from giving us our wristbands, they didn't spend much explaining what there was to do or where everything was located. They just assumed we knew our way around. Wow. Awesome place to have fun with the family. The are cleverly designed for a time. There are built-in jacuzzis and suddenly a stream of is activated from below that makes you spin around the entire pool. You can drink your piña colada in water. The Germans are genious. The good things about this place are the facilities like sauna, massage and open air pools, ongoing cleaning and the food&drink service. However, if you go on a sunday noon like we did you should expect waiting queue because the ticketing machines dont work properly, sharing only 1 changing cabin and extremely overloaded areas. They sell more tickets than the space available probably and this leads so many organisation problems since there are so few staff around. Like our changing cabinet was locked and somehow our band was deactivated and we were not able to open the cabinet again. We waited 15 min naked till someone comes with a master key. I also strictly suggest to book a seat while buying the ticket otherwise you have no place to lay. Prices of the massages and the entry tickets are relatively high. The best meditation place over the world and Mr.Lehnert the best one who can help you and guide you for everything, highly recommend 👌 I visited the palmtree swimming one day and it was a good experience. It was very and even though it was full of people, it was very silent, organized and clean. They have lockers, place to change clothes with hairdryer, showers and toilets (and even at the woman's toilet, I didn't catch a line). They have a bar inside the and you can rent a chair to lie down. They also have a restaurant, vending machines and robes and towels for rental. The was inside. It was very expensive tho, that's not something you can visit all the time. Some people were there with their babies and it was also possible and not dangerous for them. I downloaded the app and it was very simple to park and access. I absolutely loved my at Sinsheim Therme! From the moment we arrived, everything felt well thought out , the lockers, the comfortable seating areas, the spacious changing rooms, and the neatly organized showers made the whole smooth and stress-free. The food was fresh and tasty, and spending the day here with my family was such a joy. We booked one of the beach-style chairs, which made relaxing even better, and I loved how organized everything was — no chaos, no confusion, just pure relaxation. It’s the perfect place to unwind, have fun, and enjoy a beautiful day together. This was a truly magical experience! The ceilings and fully glass architecture made the space feel open and bright, with natural light streaming in beautifully. The therme is lushly decorated with orchids and palm trees, creating an oasis-like atmosphere for swimming. I also loved the main pool's bar and the restaurant, which offered delicious food. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated that it wasn’t overcrowded, even on a Friday. The only downside was the weak mobile data connection and the lack of a secure WiFi option, which could be improved for convenience. Amazing place, just like a little paradise island, we had a lovely holiday. I think it should be unforgettable in the summer! Es ist sehr schön dort Sauna ist mega leider ist der Aufguss zu voll es werden alle Leute reingequetscht und dadurch ist es nicht mehr schön ich bin gegangen sehr schade und das an einem Montag ansonsten schön Essen lecker Definitely suggesting to my friends when they visit from out of country! Customer service was great. There were a couple people in front of us in line that had to return to their cars to get something they forgot but overall, very efficient line. The entire facility was very clean. I’m most surprised by how affordable it was. I got the daily special today for lunch. €10 worth of Turkey curry. The macaroni and cheese was also very good. The typical cocktail was around €8 and my radler was less than €5. My two year old daughter was with us and absolutely loved the water. It stays warm enough for extended trips to the and the outdoor still felt with winds at 12*C. Will return again in the future. Amazing experience, even though in winter. The contrast of warm and cold weather makes an extraordinary moments. It was a busy day but I never feel any inconvenience. The only thing I didn’t like was the food. It was Ok but not delicious. I prefer to bring my own next time. Has an outdoor swimming pool, no waiting or queue. We have bought tickets in advance, 1 month approximately the tickets are cheaper. The place is amazing, you can use the sauna in the Palm Paradise place, cocktails and fair price for them. Beautiful place to relax We spent literally the entire day! It was a Friday and it was amazing, not many kids, super relaxing!! Food is affordable and really tasty! I will be back! I wanted a massage but you have to book it with a lot of because they’re always booked!! This is my new favorite spa in Germany! Absolutely stunning. The are beautiful, there are special soaking baths with salt levels, and the saunas… wow. The creative approach to the saunas was unlike any I’ve ever seen. There was a room with a glass wall facing an outdoor full of birds, so you could sit and relax while watching all of them! Another room has a glass wall facing outside and you can see huge fish swimming around. Both rooms were an themselves. Although I didn’t eat here, the food looked and smelled amazing. The fresh juice bar was awesome!! And the man working the juice bar was so kind and welcoming. I will go out of my way to come here any chance I get! The only downside is that when we were visiting in the evening, it got very busy and it was hard to make it into the sauna programs - but I found this to be the case in many places we visited. we love the we spend there as a family. It is always full but somehow not overloaded. Food is not not the best and the menu is not rich at all. I wish they had slides like the one in Erding/Bavaria. They manage to keep the warm and clean. Also the outdoor is tastefully designed and always kept tidy. The small kids is fun, even though almost never all the toys are functioning(i guess they gave up continuously repairing at one point). If you want to give your kids something they will remember and talk about for a week, spend a full day here 👍 I had an absolutely fantastic at Badewelt Sinsheim. The facility is impeccably clean, well-maintained, and everything is organized with attention to detail. From the moment you step in, you notice the standards they maintain across all areas. The facilities are world-class — from the relaxing palm paradise and themed saunas to the crystal-clear and quiet zones. Whether you want to unwind, swim, or enjoy a full sauna session, everything is available and of top quality. A big plus is the restaurant, which offers surprisingly fresh and flavorful food. The menu is varied, the ingredients taste fresh, and the service is quick and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing spa experience. I’ll definitely be coming back! It was my first at the Sinsheim Badewelt. The prices were to and didn’t really offer much. The Therme in Bavaria has more to offer for almost the same amount … overall it was a nice though I wouldn’t be going back with the prices … I’ll better go back to Bavaria 😂😂 I enjoyed the restaurant , good service.
