Very diverse playground. from toddlers to older kids. a public park. what's not to like? theres an aviary which is a bit sad but possibly they are rescued I dont know. dogs not allowed though..too many dog owners in France don't clear up the mess. shame really. will be a long while before that changes. nice place to have a picnic in town. although if you're exploring, dont miss the view from the chateau above. my favourite spot is the medieval garden halfway up. A very pleasant park with a couple of islands full of birds. Lovely walk and play on the park. Took dog. Then walk up to castle The park is a very restful place to spend time. You can wander the paths that take you round a delightful lake with ducks and geese playing joyfully on the water. You can rest on one of the colourful benches and watch the children playing in the park and the birds paddling in the lake. Enjoy the experience.
