Great historic castle with lots of history and art. A must see for someone in the area. We were treated to a personal tour which made the visit that much more enjoyable and educational as we learned things about the Castle and the occupants that we would not have known from just the documents they provide you. Great museum ruined by the staff. The expectation is to follow guided tours that were only in Italian, and follow their painfully slow rhythm while reading off a black & white printout. The reason given was because they have a lot of precious artefacts. But so do the other many museums in the area, all of them allowing people to walk freely. Shame.
