Excellent...value for money...children’s centre. Quite a fair size car park, you do need to follow the one way system around the back of the of the building to the front, good floor signage. Great place for to run around and a reasonable price. Some of the tables were dirty and running around with food on the equipment and babies/toddlers were then trying to eat the dropped food- I know this isn't the staffs problem but if they actually kept watch every now and then they could then tell parents/children it's not allowed. Also would help if they asked to stop running around the table area were there could be hot drinks- could do more!! Great play. Not huge but ideal for my 5 old. Air conditioning super in the heat. Cheap and cheerful food, friendly and everything seemed very clean including toilets. Great for of all ages, and very cheap for toddlers in term time. I take my 3 old alot, but it can get very busy after school. You don't pay for adults ether like most places. Booked my son's here last Friday. Really well organised, clean, good selection of food and squash. Hannah was very attentive and made sure the day went smoothly. Thank you Hannah and Funtastic We had a fantastic (funtastic) afternoon yesterday here , celebrating our 2 old and 6 olds . We were able to book the whole place to ourselves for family and friends and it was superb . Fully air conditioned (which was a godsend in yesterday's heat) The were friendly attentive and helped with everything, making it very soecial for us all. It has something for all ages and kept them all happy ( which created happy parents and guardians) great food too. A place we highly and will certainly use more of . Thank you . Amazing with lots going on for the kiddies. Today it was my youngest 3rd and all I can say it was incredible. Hannah organised and timed everything to perfection and my little girl and her friends were over the moon. They even had a Poppy (trolls) mascot for hire who danced with them some songs. Great job, Funtastic, and thank you ever so much, hannah! We will def it for little ones parties. My Daughter had her 4th here yesterday (and last year). The were brilliant and the thoroughly enjoyed their here. I had a range from under 1’s to 8 old. The weekday package is absolutely amazing up to 30 and worth the money. Definitely having a here or even a drop in visit with the kids. I come here regularly as I think it’s one of the BEST plays which really has an AMAZING VALUE FOR MONEY (DONT CHANGE THIS) what makes your place busy! I think it would be an idea to sort through the little baby part where the sensory light is on the floor, put more under 1s toys and at least have 8 baby walkers as there is only one which isn’t enough for the quantity of babies which attend funtastic as I had 3 under 1’s at the and couldn’t all use them. Maybe throw all the dirty not looked after toys out also. In regards to the I would make sure the room is set up properly on arrival for the boy or girl room set up, disco lights on ready and jugs of squash already out prior to arriving. The jugs need to be bigger as they were really small to save the back and forth trips, a member of should've really checked every so often instead of the parents going back and forth for more squash along with monitoring the as advised. I think that’s a very important part. The parents of the child should also get a free hot drink within the price ;) Lastly, I think funtastic should do a loyalty card so can enter free on their 10th and parents to have a free coffee on their 5th time. There is plenty for him to on including the ride along cars which he loves. The are all amazing and welcome us most weeks, particular shout out to Georgia & Katie. They work so hard keeping everything under control & spotlessly clean. Entrance fee & food is so reasonable too. (5 star cleanliness rating) Bluey made an appearance today who my grandson thought was awesome 🤩 Fsb place, give it a try, you won’t be disappointed. Absolutely amazing place, I’m not normally a fan of centres but this place is a hidden gem. The loved their here. Also being a Muslim it was so nice to finally go to a centre where our can eat too! Halal food available and they even cooked it in a separate fryer for us. The most amazing customer service, were all welcoming and wonderful, would definitely a visit. My son had a 5th on Friday between 4-6. It went very well. were very helpful and they enjoyed the mascot and the food. It was busy as there were 2 other parties going on at the same and it was a Friday night but everyone enjoyed all the same. I would as a location Recently visited the play, felt very welcomed by all staff. Especially Hannah, Paige and Katie they were amazing and assisted us with my son’s birthday.
