And because of this reason the queues are extremely long and the serving time extremely long as well. Everyone around us including us were agitated because we literally had to go in front of each other and check the flavours at the tills and than had to go back and start to queue...nightmare... Please put a screen up for customers so while they queue they can see what they can choose from...and so the whole process will be more smooth and quick.
