Nice clean beach. Open at the end of September, but free entrance. Drinking water is available, but toilet is closed, no staff is on site. Very nice beach :) several small restaurants with Hungarian usual beach food. Like langosh and sweet corn ect.. ice cream. Watersports/plays available. Clean and comfy. Unfortunately they do not accept SZEP card to pay with at the entrance :( that is a shame. Although crowded it is a choice due to diversity of entertainment options: waterslides, inflatable obstacles on water, sandpitsand of course a good access to the Balaton with water that is not deep. Plenty of shadow due to trees and lots of food options. My family had a time! We enjoyed this beach very much. It is smaller but great. Water is deeper (1.2m) which is good because you can swim ok and it's not too deep for children. There are enough trees. Children can have fun on some slides or smaller ones on a sandpit. There is a gift shop and some stalls/shops with food and icecream and more different facilities (changing spot, water bikes rental etc.). Parking is also good as it is under the trees so the car is in shade. Nice place, but I wouldn't call it beach. This big green place and two tiny entrances to the lake fenced with high canes. And what is the most shocking, that people are not allowed to swim there, not even dogs 🙁 What is a big positive - public shower for windsurfers or padleborders or those, who have swimed there anyway 🤣 Balaton from the right side...for genuinely water-loving people, not overpriced, view at Balaton, lots of activities.
