On one trail (left one) is a nice waterfall you can see. On other one (longer one), you can visit a cave. Best to go hiking when there is water, since you walk near small Creek. I highly recommend for active vacation. Very good trip, the waterfall is amazing, specially spring, but dont go up until the railway... That part is very boring. Go to the waterfall and turn Back, dont do the whole round. The pancakes are amazing. Perfect food after a hike around the area and easily the friendliest staff I've ever met! Don't miss this out if you are in the area. Nice mountain hut and starting place for Zeleni vir (15 min) or Vražji prolaz (30 min) if you do not have time to walk all around from Skrad (2.5 h). Decent and favorable menu choice with must-try blueberry štrudla. Good choice for kids because of many walking bridges which gives them motivation to move forward 😀 Very nice place with a nice food. Especially after the 1,5 hour hike around the Devils passage ( Vrazji prolaz), the Muzeva cave, and the big waterfall. Speaking of the restaurant because I didn't stay the night in one of the rooms... Although the nature surrounding it is magnificent, therefore the location itself is great, with a small "playground" next to it, the terrace really needs a bit more of attention. A good sweep at least, parts of the terrace look like they weren't used in ages, almost resembling a hounted house. Tables were frequently left as they were left by the guests when they went away, dirty dishes, full ashtrays etc (quite a sight) whit the staff simply walking by it all, making it harder to find a decent spot to sit. Speaking of ashtrays asking for it or not makes apparently no difference as we got non in either cases. The food was ok, the prices are ok, the staff was ok and answered any questions we had. It would have been a 4 out of 5 if it was kept just a little cleaner.
