Excellent! Lovely but could the dog owners who let there dogs shit all over the clean up there Dog and its not the dogs fault 🐕 Very tip of a stretch of that goes almost all the way to Wexford. Lovely wide sandy with rolling dunes that stretches off into the distance. Narrow/one-lane dirt road gets pretty close to the with spots to park. Great spot to walk the dog or let the kids dig in the sand. Great and beautifull beach,this is the end of popular curracloe beach,fine sand and with nice weather you don't feel like you would be in Ireland at all.there is a car park beside Absolutely beach... on our first visit we had it completely to ourselves... the next visit on a bank holiday was a different story... VERY popular on non work days A wonderful cliff top walk to a glorious sandy beach. On return, a hot drink from The Strand gorgeous little chuck wagon, delicious. Lovely Sandy beach, great for kids We visited this cliff walk and for the first time on Sunday. The walk from the Cahore Point along to this is absolutely stunning. Amazing views along the cliffs, with places to stop and relax and leads along to the south beach. This walk is suitable for all levels and ages. Some of the houses along the way are also beautiful. Disappointing that there is dog poo everywhere so you have to watch your step and we had to keep our kids from walking on it. We love dogs but not their poo. There are signs for 150euro fines but this doesn't seem to make a difference. beach. The sand was lovely well kept. There is a nice parking lot right beside the beach. The is classed as a Blue flag which means great standers kept, water quality is excellent. Great day out for family and pets. Definitely recommend. Lovely and quiet where you can relax have a cup coffee and chill ☀️🌊 Just by chance we found Cahore South ten minutes from Courtown and its just beautiful. Its absolutely stunning.
