Lots of parking. Ideal. Just no toilets on site but there are some in the nearby Cahore harbour Part of a long stretch of sandy beach. This part has long rolling dunes and lots of sand to sit in the sun or the kids to dig. There is a grassy area to park your car and a bit of a steep scramble up the dune to get to the beach. Great place to walk. Some folks riding horses while we were here. This is a place to come for some quiet, and the scenery alone is breathe taking. This is one of the most and longest beaches. I love this beach. Nice clean beach. For sure one of the best in Wexford county with proper sandy. You will enjoy walking. This is only 10 minutes away from Courtown. We stay in the middle of dunes just to have our own privacy and they can even make a good wind shelter in a wind day. You have a large car park and the is less than a minute away.
