Not the best, not the worst. In the Spa there are 2 jacuzzi, a worm (not for swimming), hot sauna, hammam and a salt room. Quite clean, but water has tonnes of chlorine. The massage was ok, but the deep tissue was very light and not really working. Overall was relaxing, but not very specific. Updated review: Visited this spa again because it's difficult to find a decent spa in Cluj - the spa got a lot worse. The receptionist was very rude. I called the spa a week ago to book a day at the and two massages for my and my partner. I was told a booking was not needed and the massages are booked on the day. Once I got to reception today, I was told there are no spaces left at the massage and that I should have booked one week in advance. I told her the phone receptionist told me this is not possible and she had no answer to that (I suspect she was the person I talked on the phone with before and she could not be bothered to make a booking. The floor of the got destroyed in the last 3 years, there are many places where the tiles are missing and it is very spiky on the floor. The is very small, the jacuzzi are always full, and the wet smells bad. There is no airflow coming in the area, so the air is very hot and stuffy, making it hard to breathe. The bar selection is very limited. The seating area is very small, overcrowded and dirty. 40 lei for pretty bad conditions. The showers had no curtains, and you wouldn't be able to shower naked because the showers are right next to the door that leads to the pool. There weren't enough chairs, and they were also incredibly uncomfortable. The staff was rude, and there was no bar in the whole spa. They only had overly priced juices and a selection. It's also too far from the city. Had to pay 35 lei to get a cab there so the costs add up. It's not worth it, in my opinion! I went to the spa which was fairly consisting of one pool, 2 jacuzzis and a Finnish style sauna. The staff were really friendly and helpful and it was only 35 Lei for one person on the weekdays. You cannot lay on your back on them as the wooden edges hurt your shoulders. We made a reservation and paid upfront. They asked for an extra fee for towels. Who does that? All other spas we went to provided towels in the price of the visit. The entire experience was bad. The bathrooms are a joke. They are so that you have to climb on the wc in order to close the door. Oh and we had to go out of the spa thru the gym to get to the bathroom. The jacuzzis were dirty, smelly and with almost cold warher. At least the dry was nice. And the massage we ordered. We left early. Stayed less than 1 hour in the spa, and 50 mins for the massage. We won't come back again. If the overall spa price is very nice (35 for pool, and fitness), but the food is excessively expensive and the quality of it is average. The location is also quite far from the city which adds up to the total cost. I went for a massage. I think it's one of the worst I've been to so far. The masseuses were answering messages on their phones at the same time. The music must have been from Youtube because we had a lot of commercials. I definitely won't go again. Very nice place. Overall is not bad and the price is not crazy high during weekdays (40RON) but during weekends it's not worth it at 55RON. While taking the stairs down to the spa area I slipped on the stairs and fell because the tiles were slippery/wet. Nothing major happened as I used my arm to reduce the impact on the body. After this happened somebody from downstairs came and asked if all good in a tone like this kind of things happen there a lot and they don't git any funks if someone breaks something. Non slippery tiles or some items that reduce the chance to slip should be put in place.
