We stayed for 2 days and it was super 👌! The room was clean and nice, we had the green room. Not exactly super cool but more than acceptable. We went on a beautiful autumn day to serve a meal here. We were not disappointed at all! Food was incredibly delicious! Review only about the restaurant, since we only came here to eat. Quite good food but expensive, similar to Cluj, Sibiu or Bucharest. As advice, keep track of your order so no mistakes happend with the check in the end. My family and I stayed at the Perla Trascaului in July of 2016 for 2 days. We absolutely loved it!!! Coming from Los Angeles, we had no idea what to expect and this was our only choice of hotels that was available that weekend at an incredible low price. When we arrived, we were greeted by the owner who gave us a tour of the property. He then showed us our rooms, which were breathtaking. My husband and I had an incredible view of the Monastery across the street. The rooms and the bathrooms were spotless and everything seemed to be brand new!!! They have a garden in the back for kids to play with an apparatus and jumper and swing. It's very family oriented. The dining area makes you feel like you are at home eating your meal with an amazing family. The breakfast is included and it is made from the local farmers and everything is fresh and organic. The staff spoke English and were very hospitable and extremely pleasant, you felt like you've known them forever. My husband and I will definitely be back with our family to enjoy the peace and serenity and hospitality of this amazing Pearl!! We recommend everyone to stay here!!!
