It's a place to have drink. Close to the centre location. Nothing special. Just the prices are aligned to what you should find in a bar. The quality of the drinks and the ambiance is far away from what you would expect. The does a terrific job but still a long way for a 5 star. Fair prices, friendly service, I go there for quiz night but they got all sorts of other events throughout the week. Not the best cocktails but decent. It's more of a vibe tbf. Cozy and lovely place. The walls could use more art and more colour, however. I like the events organised here and music bingo is definitely worth trying. This looks like a place with many regulars. The quiz nights are an awesome way to enjoy the pub at it's fullest. The atmosphere is awesome and the prizes is the way to keep the people coming back every session. The pizza is good, the cocktails are good, the is very nice, the house and atmosphere are lovely! I wouldn't recommend it for concerts or so because of the cars constantly passing by, creating noise over the performing artists. Maybe a noise canceling barrier of some sort would be and helpful for the street part of the terrace. It sure feels like a place for teenagers, students, and nostalgic adults. The interior design lacks consistency and... taste. The is nice, but the service needs a lot of improvement. Cheers. P.S. under the bar is a pizza place with really pizza and fair prices, perfect to get a pizza and eat on the terrace Theoretically what should’ve been a fun karaoke night turned into choosing another place for the evening because of the staff’s lack of decency and professionalism. They were almost condescending to us, like they are bothered by the fact that they have customers to serve and actually had to work that night. This review is based on not just a singular experience with the same waitress and it’s also coming from someone who works in the customer service industry since several years. It’s a shame because the place and also the events organised are really fun and this way they get overshadowed by the fact that we don’t feel welcomed. Great atmosphere, prices, the serving could be better. I did not understand why me and my girl friends couldn't order at the bar what we wanted. We were told to wait at the table. For some reason the boys could order at the bar with no problems. It was a bit annoying. In the first half of our stay the waitress barely came to us. The was awful, disrespectful They did not bring us any drinks, even after we asked they did not serve us. The owner needs to change something otherwise they will lose more guests.
