Having had a lot of Nepali food, their piro prawn really was excellent, had the right spicy kick to it and so happy we stopped by. Their pakora was too (large size), their service was well above par and I’d highly recommend this place. We ate there two nights in a raw as we were very satisfied with our food the first night hence went back the second night when we stayed at Carvoeiro. Nepalese food is not quite same with Indian food, it is to try the different varieties. The young Waiter knows their food very well and gave us lots of useful suggestions according to our personal tastes, which worked very well. Food taste very good. My favourite is the lamb with coconut source, very tender and tasty. Basmati rice goes with well with the lamb source. Garlic naan is the most pretty naan I have seen, looks like an art. Atmosphere is casual inside. Delicious food made to aptly suit your spice levels. The outdoor seating was quite peaceful and breezy just like on the mountains. The complimentary drink was the cherry on the top. As an Indian, I highly recommend the mushroom tarkari dish and this itself One of my favourite places in Carvoeiro for the hearty comfort food. The dishes are amazingly flavoured, combinations of ingredients, Nepalese cuisine is truly wonderful. I also have to mention the kind and welcoming staff. The food was absolutely amazing and the spice levels were just right. The lamb was some of the best I've ever had and the was super nice. It's in a quiet area so it's a spot for a relaxed meal. Nepalese food keeps on being a surprise!! 5/5 Wow wow wow Absolutely beautiful and food, portion sizes bang on one of the best curry’s I’ve ever had. Slightly on the pricier side compared to other local restaurants however the quality is unreal and worth the extra cost! It’s a must visit and would 100% go back. Only minus point was the popadoms tasted old but cannot knock the rest of it at all. We tried this it was really and tasty.U should definitely try the MO:MO for starters really good. Garlic cheese naan really also , everything was tasty The owner and the are really friendly and nice. I would definitely come back . We found this place 2.5 years ago and came back as soon as we got to Carvoeiro. We loved it so much back then and it did not disappoint again. The service if very friendly, food comes out fast and it tastes very good. There are vegan options too.Just ask the staff. One small critic, just wished the portion were a little bigger and rice should come with the meal and not cost extra We will come back again for sure. Come here and eat you won’t regret it! We went there based on the Google reviews. After today’s visit I have to write my own. I also shared all of this directly with the at the restaurant. The first impression was very — pleasant service, quick attention and a environment. The starter the Pyro Prawn was excellent. Then came a huge disappointment with the grilled platter. Visually, it was perfect — truly impressive. But all the different types of meat tasted exactly the same. Completely dried out, flavourless, bland, not salty, not fatty — almost as if it had been coloured with food dye and marinated for maybe 30 minutes, if at all. There was no taste of any typical spices. It was basically just a big pile of meat. The sauces also felt unfinished. In the end, it felt like a complete waste of money. After the meal I felt heavy and bloated. I wouldn’t want to come back again. Friendly waiter and manager welcoming us as we step in. Starters few large papadums with 5 different sauces from sweet to spicy. Mains chiken korma and prawn tikka masala, both rich with flavor and plenty of prawns and chicken. Sides garlic naan and pilau rice and very mango lassi to ease the mild burn around the mouth from tikka masala. Few after eight and sweet port vine as compliments of the house to finish a very lunch in central Carvoeiro. Can highly recommend!! Really enjoyed our experience. The were very attentive and friendly. The food was fantastic we really enjoyed! The owner is a very man who greets you with a wave when you walk by. I’d highly recommend this place. Properly family ran pricing and food. Came here with my family for a delicious meal. My kids 9 and 7 loved the food. were friendly. This is very authentic and in a part of town, a quiet location but still close to everything else. Meals for everyone. Highly recommended! Excelent food! The service was extremely fast, the waiter was very polite and answred all the doubts! Amazing flavor! Absolut recommended! Top drawer food. Lamb and chicken dishes were spot on, with meat being tender and beautifully spiced. Brilliant service from all with a smile on their faces. To top it all off a complimentary port at the end. Fairly priced. Can't recommend this place enough. Surprisingly, this is one of the best momos we’ve had! We ordered garlic chicken and roti, and both were really tasty. I wasn’t expecting such yummy food at this location. The were friendly, and the place had a vibe overall. We have been in Nepal in 2018. We found the food in this is genuine Nepalese taste. A bit spicy though so choose the right degree of spicy.
