A working marina just outside the old town near Albufeira. Can be travelled to via the land train that runs a hop on hop off loop service from Albufeira through old town to the marina. Many restaurants and there with a few shops. Bit more expensive than the towns. Boat trips also leave from here when weather permits. We went on a 2½ hour trip to caves and looking for dolphins. Also, there is bowling 🎳 for all the family and a large spar shop on site. In a morning it is nice and quite to go and have some breakfast and a coffees ☕️ Very unusual area for yachts and waterspouts. Colourful apartment blocks and a huge long walkway with many either side abd covered seating. Definitely worth a visit! An hours walk from the old town along the esplanade or get a tuk tuk. A great day spent at this wonderful Marina, first an amazing boat trip to see the Benagil caves & Dolphins with Oceaneye and then a really tasty meal at one of many great restaurants.
