Last summer, I had the unique experience of participating in a chess tournament at FATACIL. To my surprise and delight, I even managed to win a small prize! The event was held outdoors. Just be prepared for the unexpected, like playing chess under the sun! A fun place to bring the kids to show them some farm animals. We caught the end of horse show that was pretty neat. There are a lot of food booths. If you looking for small crafts and other such items you will enjoy this. There are places for the kids to play and spots to pick up a drink or two. There are concerts going on and it is a very festive mood. A enjoyable experience. Only 5 euro entrance. Search for the authentic Portuguese food What an excellent experience?! Can get busy, but woth a while when around. It was really good. But, soo many missing stalls. Book stall. The lady that made the jewlery with native flowers in Portugal. Quite a few were missing that were at previous fairs. But, was very well organised, and very informative. Well done everyone.
