A month ago my family and I were from Israel We came to the Netherlands and rented an apartment on this amazing farm! The place is simply amazing! Spacious rooms. Outside just a huge farm !. We got great service, we arrived at the farm at 1am because the flight followed, in sight of everything the owner was waiting for us, brought us great service! On our last day we had problems with the car rental company, the honest owner helped us! Contacted the company and helped us a lot. By the end of the day I was completely covered in bed bug bites on my legs, arms and neck. I filed a complaint and they said that it might have been an ant, or that I would have scabies instead. The symptoms are clearly evident of bed bugs. The property has only offered me a refund if I give them a doctor’s note saying that I don’t have scabies. Asking for personal health information from a doctor is a massive red flag that borders on invasion of privacy. Very disappointed in the way my complaint has been handled and to this date I have not received any compensation or refund for my troubles. Great value for price. Very nice and clean.
