For example, there are only two bathrooms in the restaurant, and there were elderly women waiting in line. He yelled at them to use the public bathroom outside. We just arrived in Austria for the first time after a 13hour flight. It's a once-in-a-lifetime trip. Why he treating us like this? If you don't like it, don't take reservations.
