The best view you could possibly imagine awaits you here! The restaurant is so bright, clean, refreshing and inviting, then you meet the staff and it just gets better. They are so welcoming and accommodating. The menu is fabulous, something for everyone. The kids menu was outstanding with so much choice for all ages. The atmosphere was fantastic, there was a large birthday party on at the time and it really made the vibe more and more welcome. The staff did mention that due to the large party, there may be a delay. We didn't even notice any delay because we were absolutely gobsmacked with the view. Just as we thought it couldn't get any better....The food arrived! Outstanding is all I can say!! The burger is out of this world! See picture attached. The chips were the best I've had in years. The chicken was amazing! The desserts were just as good! Waffles to die for. Please take time to take in Greens in the Ring of Kerry golf club, I promise you will not be disappointed. Need to be accurate off the tee here. Couple of blind drives. Buggy is nearly a must otherwise you'll be adding some hillwalking to your round. Clubhouse is nice and pro shop was excellent. Played ROK a few weeks ago, had a great time, very different 9’s. Front 9 most holes offer great views, to the water and beyond, tricky tight course, but throughly enjoyed it.Back 9 equally challenging and a fantastic finishing hole. Great course with amazing views and the Green’s restaurant/clubhouse is a real highlight with brilliant service, food and Guinness. Thanks to Romy and Mario for their hospitality! Highly recommend a visit for golf or just to enjoy the clubhouse. Sadly was disappointed. Traveled from the us to play here. Was raining which was fine i had rain gear. The fog however made the course unplayable. No caddies available after i had requested one. Rental clubs were fine. But multiple holes from the fairway could not even see the green had zero idea what direction to aim. The par 3 third the water hazard which was suppose to be like a little waterfall was an over grown mess. Not worth the coast to play here sadly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had an incredible experience at the Ring of Kerry Golf Club. The course itself is absolutely stunning—well-maintained with panoramic views that are second to none. But what truly set the day apart was the exceptional service from Eamonn Purtill. His attention to detail and high level of professionalism made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived. You can tell he takes great pride in ensuring every guest has a first-class experience. Highly recommend a visit—and make sure to say hello to Eamonn! Had a nice lunch here, light goat cheese salad and pil pil prawns. Beautiful view over the golf course to the bay. Good service. Only 15 minutes to Kenmare. This golf course has some of the most beautiful vistas in Ireland. The clubhouse and pro shop have been renovated nicely. The course is challenging and like most Irish courses if the ball is well into the rough then there is no hope in finding it. Staff is friendly and competent. It is a hilly course and is in top condition. Use a golf cart if you are not in good physical condition.
