I did the sunset board tour, it was great, I was a complete beginner, went through a full lesson before we hit the water, it was very easy with the direction I was given. I got to see a sea turtle coming out of the harbour and explored the island. The sunset was incredible too. Definitely worth booking. Lots of pictures and videos were emailed over to me I had an amazing time on the paddle/kayak tour! Our guide, Socrates, was seriously the coolest! He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable. He kept the vibe relaxed while also sharing great tips and interesting stories. Couldn’t have asked for a better guide 😊 Such a fabulous experience! I was a little nervous about boarding as I had never done it before- Socrates was so incredibly patient and explained everything perfectly. He not only was knowledgeable about boarding but also the history of the surrounding areas. The beautiful that we went to had the most AMAZING snorkeling and views! I took this earlier this year in September. When I showed up, I found out everyone else who booked the had canceled due to the high winds the previous two days. So I got to go on this by myself! It was so much fun! Socrates is kind and fun. He took lots of amazing photos and videos of me on the tour. He got me standing and moving on the board in the open water which was amazing! Lazareta is beautiful and has it's own history, which is interesting for such a small island. I would definitely do this again! Thank you so much, Socrates! Our guide, Socrates, was amazing throughout the tour: passionate about what he does and about his small island. The snorkeling we did on the was better than what we experienced on another for a snorkeling specific tour. One of our favorite tours we did on our entire trip. Book it! My sister, niece, and I did a SUP with Socrates while visiting Crete - it was our favorite day in Greece. Socrates was a great instructor - he was patient, kind, and helped us to achieve our goals, and we had a blast boarding with him. He was also generous of spirit, shared stories of his life and the island, and ensured that we had a wonderful day on the paddleboards, snorkeling, and learning.
