But...in a bar called "Rock n Rose" the dj's answer when I requested a rock song was literally this "it's not that type of bar".I stayed like 4 hours and not one rock song came on which I found odd given the bar name and theme Overall experience honestly , will come back next year and hopefully there'll be some rock going on If you want a cosy place with best service, go here. U will not be disappointed. Thanks for experience. Wanted somewhere to see football (I know typical British abroad). Stumbled across Plus+ bar and they had 8 screens set up showing sport from all over the world. The was lively and the other customers shared friendly banter. But the things that make this bar stand out were 1: the staff, everyone so helpful and made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in. So funny and so friendly. 2. The cocktails , all made fresh and with stunning decoration. So tasty and made just the way you like them. Prices really for the quality you get. If your not interested in sport it's a perfect place to watch the world go by, the stepped levels going into the bar give it a theater feel and you can face the street and people watch. Food is also very good, not traditional Greek but done very taco's, burgers and sandwiches. -Elvis burger highly recommended. Nice dudes makes you feel really welcome. Had a few beers watching some games when I realized they had some premium rum as well. Thumbs up guys. taste like water, you pay for nothing; popcorn came clearly used from another tables and wet - disgusting! Vagalis the owner is the most knowledgeable in the area, the food is first class in addition to the service! If you're in Crete it's a must stop, also for football/ Soccer fans it's the best place to watch sports. Walked past this place on our first day, and on the second day we said we needed to go to this place because it looked fresh, vibrant and cool. Initially popped in for a cocktail and while there maybe check out the food. was and personal. Weather was warm so got two salads and they were awesome and refreshing. Cocktails were best we had so far also.
