I chose a two-hour service and a deep facial cleansing, and I couldn't have been more satisfied. From the very beginning, the therapist, a super friendly and charismatic girl, made sure I was comfortable at all times. She was always attentive to my needs and focused on making me feel at ease, which allowed me to fully relax. The place is impeccably clean, beautiful, and has a calming atmosphere that invites you to disconnect from the outside world. After the massage, they offered me Turkish tea, which I enjoyed on the terrace with an absolutely stunning view. I highly this place. I left feeling completely renewed, and my skin was incredibly soft and glowing. I will definitely be coming back! What a special it has been! Beyond expectations, for sure. We got a couple package (Konstandis & Evelyn Private Hammam) + replaced indoor with an outdoor with a view. OMG! We haven’t felt so relaxed in a while - masseurs, facilities with music, and what a view to get during the sunset in the centre of Chania. Simply wow, totally to treat yourself to it! Thankfully I ignored some of the reviews on here because I had an excellent 1 hour deep tissue massage. After a 3 hour horse ride and 2 hour hike today wasn't expecting much from the (due to reviews) but was so good. Clean, relaxing, no background noise and my own private room to change and private locker. I've had massages all over the world and this is up there with the best. She didn't cut the time short (though mine was the indoor one), good pressure and really nice body oils. Worth every euro ❤️ My favorite yet! It felt to sit in the bath steam area and rinse off with cool fresh water. I then had a beautiful treatment in which I was scrubbed and massaged with fragrant bubbles. My therapist was and really helped loosen up my sore muscles. I left the hamam feeling relaxed, calm, happy, and clean!!! Needed to relax after the end of a very stressful holiday and this was the perfect place, probably my favorite spa i’ve been to. I did the with the moroccan scrub and a 30 minute athletic massage. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, served me tea and sweets before and after, and the instructions they gave were super helpful. Really glad I went. The facility is awesome… it is absolutely clean and the traditional decor gives it a authentic vibe. They provide you with everything you need. The place is not new, but there has been an effort to create an Eastern-inspired atmosphere, reminiscent of a hammam. I tried the experience, but it didn’t suit me personally, so I can't really comment on it in depth. In the end, I chose to have a instead. The quality of the was average — nothing special. That said, the staff working there, were very polite and eager to help. What bothered me was that there was no option for issuing an invoice. I never understood why, considering it is a registered business and that should be a given. My last hamam was at the Hürem Sultan hamam in front of Hagia Sophia. While of course, this hamam is not located in a 16-century historic building, I could not say better things about the care I received here. Konstantine provided one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. During the soap following, I felt like I was floating. THANK YOU! Had a hydradermie lift. The service was wonderful. We opted for the steam treatment, which was a way to begin to relax, followed by a short with bubbles. I then had an Anatripsis (strong traditional Greek massage) and my husband had a Royal (blend of different techniques). We loved the attention to detail - lovely robes, with tea and Turkish Delight to finish - the whole atmosphere was perfect from beginning to end. Just what we needed! We’ll go back. What a experience. A naturally love massages and always try a new place when I travel. But the Al on traditional bath is a once in a lifetime experience. I would highly it. We went back and reported on the day and they refunded 50% of the cost. At that point I had not realise how badly I had been burnt as the burn badly blister in the following days. After returning to the UK I tried to contact them several times but they do not respond. The burn happened on the 1st day of our holiday and ruined our stay in Crete as unable to get sand or water on the wound, or lean back in chairs. I am reluctant to leave this review but as they do not reply have no other option.
