I can’t say the was great, but it definitely came in a cute cup. This was the most serendipitous find after arriving in Crete on a Sunday. To find that this was not only open with delicious food, but VEGAN options was the best welcome to the island for this vegan traveller. The woman was incredibly and helpful and prices were very reasonable. My recommendation is to get one of everything! 😋 Absolutely delicious and people!. I'm a vegan, friend is not. We.both had a lot of choices. Might move to Crete just so I can keep coming back here! Ate the first half too quick so only took a picture of half the sandwich! ❤️ Really cute little café-restaurant with a warm and vibe. I stopped by for a after the beach, and it was excellent — rich, smooth, and perfectly made. The service was great, and the place itself is cozy and welcoming. Definitely a nice spot to take a short break and relax for a bit. Very cool vibe with nice view but the is very weak and full of foam and almost no liquid. The restroom was also not very clean sadly Delightful food, and very nice staff! WC not so clean, but overall a place! This a place that is different in many ways from all the surrounding shops. Mix-and-match with an attitude decoration, nice jazzy music to set you off in the morning, is much better than the average mini market oh-by-the-way-I-also-make-coffee kind of place that's everywhere in Chania and you can grab something healthy for your breakfast or lunch for the office. Recommended Took a quick stop, nice location, kind owner, good food and vegan Capuccino Freddo! Very delicious coffee, they have a special bean from a small roastery. Delicious. And super friendly. Looking very much forward to passing by during my next stay in Crete! Amazing vegetarian and vegan cafe with delicious treats and the best in town. The staff is always and smiling, wifi is fast, lots of parking, come for a take-away or stay as long as you want, you won't be disappointed. You can also buy here a Cretan cookbook or an entertaining comic about famous landmarks in Crete. Espressaki is one of those places where you stop by for a quick and end up staying way longer than planned. It’s easy to access and right on the main road, whether you’re passing through or just want to pull over for a break. But once you’re there, the vibe grabs you. It’s calm, it’s welcoming, with views and a very relaxing atmosphere. It genuinely makes you feel like you can slow down for a moment. The staff are amazing, friendly, down-to-earth, and always treating you like a regular, even if it’s your first visit. Every interaction feels personal. My personal favorite is their cappuccino. Have you ever had a scoop of cloud in a cup that tastes like a warm hug? That's what they call their cappuccino and it’s one of the best! Simple as that. Food and snacks are very high quality, handmade daily and very tasty (both vegetarian and vegan options included). Nothing is pre-made. The place is consistently clean, both in and out. And also wheelchair accessible. Plenty of tables available outside, whether you want to bask in the sun while enjoying your or relax in the shade. And easy 10 out of 10 and definitely one of my favorite go-to places to relax, reset and continue.
