Our Scuna Discovery was just excellent! I had both my teenage nephews with me and both of the instructors were really helpful. The whole trip went by so quickly, and suddenly 3hrs had went by. I definitely recommend this if you’re interested in trying it out, and don’t hesitate to bring kids! I was very impressed with my with Blue Adventures in Chania, Crete. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. With them, I accomplished my Advanced certification and I also booked a 5 package. They provide EVERYTHING you need. Simply show up with your bathing suit and they will give you everything else for the dives. The quality of the gear they supply is very nice. Usually, I bring my own mask, but I happened to forget mine at home so I had to use the one they provided. I was surprised that the mask was such nice quality and the silicone was very soft and gentle on my face. They took us to a series of caverns and caves that we could see both above water and under water. They were absolutely spectacular! I can’t wait to with them in the future! We had a day diving! Nice gear, clear instructions/ communication. We knew what to expect and felt the Masters explained the plan and kept us safe. We did two dives. It was AMAZING! We rented a GoPro and they uploaded our footage onto our phone. Really cool experience! The water was so clear, not many fish and marine life but the was nice! We had an with Blue Adventures Center! From the very beginning, communication was smooth and easy. Spiros and his team were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They took care to created a customized plan perfectly fitting our preferences to ensure we had a relaxing stay in Chania. The center itself is very well-equipped, and we felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. The rental gear is in excellent condition and available in all sizes. The briefings before each were detailed and clear, and safety was always the top priority. Spiros impressed us with his calm, honest, and professional manner. You can truly feel his passion for diving, especially when he guided us through the stunning caves—his enthusiasm was contagious and made the even more enjoyable. Julia and Peter I took my PADI Open Water Diver course with Blue Adventures in Chania, with Dimitris as the lead instructor. He was careful, informative and made me feel completely at ease in all aspects during the course, and throughout each dive. The expertise within Blue Adventures really shows, and once I'd qualified, I was so impressed that I booked a final day exploring local caves. This was led by Spiros, who was an absolutely fantastic leader; safely guiding us through some incredible scenery of the Elephant and Seal caves. I'd highly recommend the PADI Open Water Diver course with Blue Adventures, and hope to be back at some point to continue my training with them! Last month we took PADI Discover course with Blue Adventures team. What an experience! From excellent contact with Gina during booking (thanks for your patience and all the answers :) ), through the boat trip, to the itself - top notch service! Contrary to others local companies, that run similar courses from their beach bases, we were taken on a boat ride with a group of snorkelers, which was fun itself! After first swimming spot we moved to the actual location. Yorgos, our guide, was - very meticulous on safety details, very good in teaching us the basics, and a fun guy for good chat too! Despite being with my kids, 12 and 14 y.o., we felt completly safe and well cared after. Strongly recommended place for first experience! Best Center! Professionalism and in combination with atmosphere and smily faces! Great, very well organized Center. I never did a "cave dive" before and loved the as many have described it before. Unfortunately, there is not a lot of marine life. Our guide Konstadinos took all the time needed to explain the sites, do a buoyancy check, buddy check etc. equipment was in good conditions. Would recommend it anytime. I went on two days. It was the first time for me in Europe and wiith them the most relaxed ever. No rush, no hurry. staff, equipment. Would definitely go again with them. We did the elephant and the seal cave. Both sites! The team was very organized and well prepared. Gear in condition. briefings were very detailed and you knew exactly what to expect. If you're looking at in Crete I'd highly recommend Blue Adventures! Fabulous centre in the heart of the venetian harbour. Over the last 4 weeks I have just completed 14 with Blue Adventures and would highly recommend them as a operator. The whole team were excellent, very friendly, professional and extremely helpful, from the original booking to planning the dives. The Centre is located right on the harbour with easy access to free parking, 5 minutes walk away. Most of the I did were including the seal and elephant which are a must if you are in this area, all sites are accessed from their high-powered ribs which is docked in the port, 2 minutes walk from the centre. Although a very professional and safety conscious setup, they are very relaxed and ensure that everyone enjoys the dives, I will not hesitate to with them in the future. I had an time with them and gained so much experiences! When I arrived for my very first (they always picked me up from my hotel!), I was nervous and a bit afraid as I had damaged my eardrum last year during a dive. But especially our instructor and guide, George, did an incredible job to make me feel comfortable and relaxed under the water again! After an easy reef to warm up, we went to some more adventures and awesome cave/cavern (including the breathtaking Elefant Cave), which was purely amazing! As a pretty new diver (I got certified only last year) I always felt save and guided during the and the Equipment was in a very good condition. Many thanks for that! When I am back on Crete, I will come to with you again! I was staying in Crete for a couple of months and was very keen to gain my open water certification. I found Blue Adventures through the PADI website and met with Gina to work out what best days would suit for diving. Gina makes you feel very welcome and excited to start your scuba adventure! I had Divemaster, Andrea, for all my and he was absolutely amazing! So patient and so encouraging to every individual on the dive. We all felt so safe in and under the water as well as knowing our skills were completed correctly. Thanks so much to Andrea, Gina and Milo! Ps the sites were amazing, perfect amount of aquatic life to see and safe space to practice skills without hurting the environment! The was great! The equipment was fantastic and well maintained. Instructors are super friendly and qualified and me and my family had a lot of fun. The instructor even found an Octopus which was a highlight. The place is super clean and well organized, and everyone was so friendly from the moment I arrived. My instructors Irini, Panos, and Orfeas were incredible, they always made me feel safe, explained everything so clearly, and shared so much knowledge. I got to try both shore and boat dives, and every single was a new adventure. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to diving. The staff and instructor are really professional and can tell a lot about the sites. The equipment and the boat are also in conditions. We have been snorkling with our family and it was really fun, everything was perfect, very friendly people. The rib- boattrip was an nice adventure and goes very fast in the big waves. We have seen a lot of different fish and really enjoy this adventure. Blue Adventures is 100% the place to go in Chania! We originally booked just a day trip for and snorkeling, but ended up doing the full Open Water course and even a dive. Seeing the underwater world for the first time was magical, we spotted octopuses, explored beautiful caves, and even surfaced inside the seal with bats flying above us 😍 Our instructor was at pointing out sea life we would have totally missed on our own, which made the even more special. The equipment is good, the staff is friendly and professional, they provide a quick access to the spot with speedboats (10min away) which it can be exciting :D The spot is beautiful, blue waters, caves, holes and mini canyons, so many that you cant explore them all with just 2 dives. Each with some stunning landscapes and exciting caverns to explore. Spiros told us all about some of the interesting history of the caverns (which he discovered in the 70s!). When I decided to obtain a certification with PADI I researched the many centers available. Immediately I got aware of "Blue Adventure Diving" due to its 5 Star PADI ranking and the very good reviews on various platforms. After completing my course with "Blue Adventure Diving" I can clearly confirm that this was a perfect choice. My positive impressions already began with the first communication by mail. The center allowed me to already complete the PADI eLearning programe in advance before arriving at Chania. Thus, I was able to completly focus on the practical exercises during my on-site time. My instructor Eirini was always open to questions and the small group allowed me to grasp the required skills in a smooth pace. Even if I was not able to complete an exercise she gave me the time needed to settle down and try it again. I am sure, without her patience, my learning would not have been so pleasant.
