Easily our favorite in Crete.. calm for kids, not too busy, crystal clear water, tons of fish to see although some of them will nibble if you stand still too long (didn’t happen to my husband tho). We suggest walking back up the parking lot to the tavern by the street.. the cafe on the has pretty views but it took us 50 min to get the server to come over to us even with 2 small hungry kids (it was busy and there was 1 server).. the big strip of land with all the umbrellas on the right side of the harbor is now a construction area tho so not as much room.. bring your snacks and drinks, and park it there for the day!
