Arden was amazing. Very upbeat Delaney the manager is always so kind. She always has a smile on her face. Delaney will out of her way to make sure you know the latest upgrades. Thank you to the above and beyond BATTLEGROUND STORE. **** updated- I went back in today and the two girls working were great. Lauren and Isabelle were very helpful, honest and not pushy. I live in between BG and the Hazel Dell locations so I go back and forth and this was my first time using the spray booth at this location and I will never be using it again. The girl helping me was not and very shady, lying saying she was giving me a discount when really she was using my tan dollars towards the total. She also didn’t give me the special they had going on that my friend got at the HD location. These salons have really gone down hill and their standard for a clean went with it. I will upload pictures of how gross the spray booth was. I payed over $40 for a spray tan in a booth that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or updated jam years. I’ve always kept going here because of the convenience of putting my package on hold but I will be looking for a new place with better service and a clean atmosphere. Lauren and jess are so amazing they were very and sweet and quickly helped get my account back up and running after being frozen for two years ! Definitely loving the new staff at this location! I enjoy the Battle Ground but I sure miss seeing Arden! She was always so friendly and positive! I heard she got moved to a different which is unfortunate since BG is the most convenient. Please get Arden back to Battle Ground! Lauren, McKenna, and Jessica are amazing! Professional and always able to answer my questions. I highly highly recommend seeing them for any needs…they work hard and don’t disappoint. Thank you so much!!☺️ Mckenna is the absolute best. Hard working and knows her beds, product, also how to treat guests. She has worked at palm beach for a while and represents the company well. Great attitude and fun to see when we go into Battleground Palm Beach. Thank you McKenna you are awesome! This is by far the best tanning experience I’ve ever had. Isabel was SO and knowledgeable about all of the different levels and packages they offered and I can’t wait to go back! Thank you PBT! Delaney is the BEST! She’s always very personable, kind, smiling, and assuring that her co-workers are supported! The customer service she brings to BG Palm Beach Tan should be part of the service standard for all employees!! I absolutely love all the services that Palm Beach has to offer and the service has always been excellent. Isabel has gone out of her way to answer my questions or resolve problems. She is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. Isabel is so friendly and helpful. I always enjoy coming to Palm Beach. I had to give 4 stars because it’s very small compared to other locations and there is usually always a wait for beds. Every time I go into the BG the ladies are always so kind and engaging! Today’s experience was nothing less than great! I was greeted happily by McKenna, Jess and Lauren and quickly gotten into an immaculate room! These ladies do a denomination job keeping all the rooms clean & ready for the next person! Thank you for your hard work ladies! McKenna is amazing! She was very with explaining monthly membership benefits and how the works. She was also knowledgeable with the different tanning lotions and helped me choose the best one for my skin. The rest of the staff are always friendly and welcoming when I come in. I would recommend Palm Beach to anyone looking for a great tanning salon! McKenna and Lauren helped me out today and they are wonderful! I have always had pleasant staff interactions here and everyone is so knowledgeable about the beds and products! Battle Ground Palm Tan is amazing I love the beds and the employees are very knowledgeable on their products. I highly recommend coming here. Isabele is great to work with. Lauren is fantastic!
