Excellent experience. We had a lot of fun doing the Atomic Cafe challenge. We won with 5:41 seconds to spare. There were a lot of mini-challenges to keep everyone on your team busy. We had 4 in our group. Our moderator Michael was in character and made the more interesting. And this was on X-Mas Eve! I think he should get more than a $5 tip from his boss - and the person working up front too. Supposedly this specific has a 56% success rate and is the second hardest to crack. Jurassic Park challenge is the easiest. So give it a try and have fun! Wr had such a fun time! We did the Jurassic Tour. It was both exciting and challenging. Our Jamie was Fantastic! My at NW was amazing! The were cheerful and very friendly, and the pricing was reasonable. We were group of 6 for Ronnie's house, the were challenging, intuitive and engaging. Ronnie (Michael) is as an extraordinary host; he made the both thrilling and enjoyable. I will give him a 5-star for his performance & act. I also got a birthday card while solving one of the and that was very sweet & personal, I love it. I was surprised by the quality of the game; having previously played more difficult ones like Ritual Room, Malice Manor, and Magician's Menagerie, I found Ronnie's to offer a greater variety of puzzles. Although the seemed very long, and I wondered myself when this would end, but the kept coming. Finally, we managed to with just two seconds left on the clock, which even made Michael a bit anxious about our chances. We are planning our next visit to play DB Copper. I highly recommend this place. My friends and I just completed the Atomic Cafe and it was a ton of fun! The were wonderfully challenging and our Lily was amazing! We'll definitely be coming back for more challenges! Well my group of Dino friends and I had the BEST doing the Jurassic Park room. The were welcoming and engaging from the very beginning! Everyone was so friendly! The Lounge (apologies if I’m butchering the title of your job) was so wonderful and so very helpful! Birdy was our Marty and we loved her. She had the funniest most fitting things to say, she had us laughing multiple times, and always seemed to step at the perfect time. Thank you for making this such a wonderful for us as we celebrated our friends birthday. They also left our friend a birthday note and discount code in one of the lockers. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you. I brought six 13 & 14 year old boys to celebrate my son's birthday. We've tried a couple of rooms and this is by far my favorite. Super clean, theming and fun clues. Having an interactive "robot" during the was so much fun for the boys. There was a plot twist in the middle where the boys had to make a critical choice to move on. This made the even better. Michael was our host and he was funny and encouraging. I will 100% go back to NW experience! 5 outstanding stars!!!! We came in tonight a group of 6(4 had never done an room) and it was a blast! We did Ronnie’s house and we have previously done the vantucky ripper when it was his basement! It was done so well it was challenging but not overly complicated! The front desk lady was so polite and friendly made you feel welcomed and comfortable! But, Ronnie(Michael) is what really made the whole room! His performance was outstanding and so funny. We loved the comedy he threw in there!! 5 stars JUST FOR Michael! We will absolutely be recommending this to everyone who’s looking for an experience! Their energy was infectious and they were so genuinely enthusiastic about helping us celebrate. A huge shoutout to Rylan, who was a fantastic FBI officer! He stayed perfectly in character and added such a fun, immersive layer to the whole experience. If you’re heading there, don’t be shy about asking for clues! The are challenging and the handles hints perfectly so you never feel stuck or frustrated. You’ll still have a total blast and feel that rush of adrenaline when you finally break out. Highly recommend this spot for birthdays or just a fun night out. We’ll definitely be back! We really loved this place. We booked the “Ronnie’s House,” and the kids were absolutely thrilled. The atmosphere inside was amazing — very immersive with special effects and a helpful master. Everything felt original and well thought-out. The kids were full of emotions after visiting this room. Even though they didn’t manage to finish the mission, they still enjoyed it so much. Huge thanks to the organizers. Everything was fantastic! This was such a fun experience! Front desk person was welcoming and made sure part of the discovery was birthday cards with discount certificates for our young fellows. :) Galen was an excellent host and provider of clues for the room. Everything was clean and well lighted. I appreciated that the restroom was large and had handicapped hand rails, as I am still recovering from stroke.
