This place is for when you're looking for something to do regardless of the day of the week. The options include: very impressive jungle gym w/ options that are very kid-friendly and safe, gymnastics area for classes, swimming pool for classes, food bar, and private party rooms for birthdays and get togethers. I've been here multiple times and they keep the jungle gym area surprisingly clean, along with the rest of the facilities. The instructors are solid and good with kids. They definitely try to maintain professionalism while providing a fun environment for kids. They also have an impressive number of staff which is good to see with so many running about. We have been coming here for the past few months for swimming classes. We have always had encounters with all the staff and other customers. Everything has always been very clean and tidy when we arrive for swimming in the locker rooms and in the viewing area. I appreciate that. They have a food bar that has snacks and food for kids, but also adult items that you can purchase to eat while you're there. The changing room and showers can get crowded in between the classes. But nothing not manageable. The instructors are very nice and seem to do a job with teaching the kids. My one and only complaint is that some of the instructors seem a bit young and some can be a bit harsh looking with facial piercings and heavy eye makeup, which caused my concern in the beginning and was shy too be with her instructor. But after a few classes, she had no issues. The play area has always looked well kept, and Is nice and clean. Garbages are always well kept, tables are wiped down, windows and doors are wiped clean. It's always full of kids, and I have yet to see any bad encounters while there watching my swim. Parking CAN be hard to find, especially on the weekends, when parties are being held. usually, we have to circle the parking lot a few times before a spot opens up. I do wish the facility had more parking. Kid Club and Fitness has madeIt's teaching my how to and feel comfortable.Putting her head under the water has been a night and day difference since we started swimming lessons. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for reasonable priced swimming lessons. Goldfish at the mall had much higher pricing than Club, and we could never last a spot with firstenberg or marshall Center. This is a spot for TONS of fun and activities! My husband found this place whilst looking for indoor activities for kids. Our loves it! Adults are free! And they also have drop off care. They even pick up from school if they are in the aftercare programs. They have tons of different classes, camps, and activities. The snack bar is inexpensive as well as the price to get in for your kiddos! You really can't go wrong here! We definitely will be coming back! Club was really fun, my 4 year old had a time! They have 7 slides and goes up to four levels.lots of activities and classes. Cons. The pool was empty when we arrived, HOWEVER,don't bring your swimsuits cause your not getting in. If you want your to your going to have to pay 71 dollars and another 25 dollar "FEE". I was extremely disappointed. Your can only if she/he joines a class. No free play. :-( . Same thing with the huge Gymnastics room ( also empty) I was afraid to ask how much that costs. They do have drinks and pizza & chips you can order. Overall my kiddo had a good time, but it was so sad to see her staring at the pool with her sad face. Would not recommend here. My son woke up sick and couldn't go to his 9am class, they won't let him make it up because we didn't go online and cancel 3 hours ahead. We didn't know the night before that he was going to wake up feeling sick. When my was sick and missed in the past, she only had a month to make up and every day I had to check if there was a class she could do and because none were available she wasn't able to make up. They have policies designed to make it nearly impossible to make up , so it's not worth the money. They don't treat long-time members as though they are valued at all. This place is perfect for rainy or super sunny days. I bring the little 2 yr old and 4 yr old that I nanny. For them it is $17.87 to be play all day. Keep your socks on while on the jungle play structure. This structure is for all ages. I even have fun playing with the kiddos. I am not sure how much it costs to swim. Club offers classes, gymnastic classes, and day camps. There is also a over priced snack bar here. Outside food is not allowed. 4 stars were given because the ball area with many fans are very loud. The complain about the noise. This place starts off with experienced teachers helping your through the first level or two and then you eventually get to the upper levels where the instructors are new ill trained high school students. There is also a lot of turnover so your doesn’t get consistent lessons from a singular coach. My started lessons here recently and I was very impressed with the quality of coaching from Coach Autumn. We trialed a few other places and they clearly train their instructors well. The facilities are clean and there's a huge locker room. I do wish there was a shower where they could actually shower and not just rinse off as we live an hour away and my daughter's skin is really sensitive to the chlorine, but that's the only downfall. My son had his fourth birthday here last week . Absolutely amazing customer service. their was someone in the jungle watching over the , someone who helped set up / take down the room , and they had provided everything to candles , plates and cups , cake cutters , table cloth ECT. Very well organized . Plus the jungle was super clean ! had a time . The “basic” package for $249 was just enough for 8 . I would recommend birthday parties at club for anyone looking in the area ! We hosted a private party for our sons 6th birthday. Andrew was amazing with helping us plan. Dawn was the manager working on the day of our party and she and her staff out did themselves with amazing customer service and took of all of our needs. The Jedi training was one of the highlights of the evening: the really enjoyed training and then fighting Darth Vader himself. I highly recommend having your private party here, I know I’ll be a repeat customer... thank you club!!! Best birthday party ever👍🏻❤️🎂 My went to here and the experience was TOP TIER. The teachers more than you could ever imagine and the amount of progress my sweet, shy little girl made in those two years is astounding. I truly feel like it’s a hidden gem. I can’t recommend them enough! If your kiddo is about to start and you’re looking around, choose Club! You won’t regret it. This is the first year my has attended Club preschool, and I’ve been so impressed by the care, attention, and education they have received. They make learning genuinely fun with science projects, encouraging lots of student participation, and my child’s social skills and speech have improved immensely being in this awesome environment. My is disappointed they have to have summer break, but we’re delighted to be coming back in September. Thanks to Teacher Lindsey, Kelley, and Kam for your hard work and giving such excellent care! The teachers at the are some of the best I have encountered. We sent our to the mainly for socializing, but her growth has exceeded our expectations. Not only has her confidence grown, she has developed skills and knowledge we didn’t expect to see until kindergarten. The teachers also make sure each kid feels seen, engaged and cared for as individuals. I cannot recommend this enough! Our does gym class here with Coach Ella and Ella has completely transformed our daughters behavior. Ella is so kind, energetic and amazing with all of the and she is also extremely patient. I hope Club knows how lucky they are to have someone work for them that is so passionate about children's development and gymnastics. She has truly changed made a huge impact on our daughters life.
