Deidra’s was like a miracle being transferred through her fingertips and Victoria’s knowledge and confidence in her facial gave me a very soothing experience. Highly recommend. Went in for a much needed massage. Been almost a year since my last and have a life long shoulder injury. Tabitha was super nice and attentive and asked all the right questions about my injury. She was very mindful about my injury Melin was a god send today. I had the worst pain in my right lat and shoulder. I knew it wasn’t from injury but from use and stress. She took her time to release the tension from the muscles in my back and recommended a lotion that relaxes muscles and soothes the pain. I used it tonight and it is amazing. I am thankful for her! This was my first visit to this Hand and Stone location. The lobby was lovely. The Spa Sales Associates made me feel very welcome. I had a Himalayan Salt Stone with Ms. Josie. I get this frequently because of bursitis in my shoulder and arthritis pain. It really helps to manage my pain. Josie was absolutely stellar. Her technique was so relaxing. She knew all the sore places and helped loosen me up. I love this location as well. I will be back for sure to see Josie. I highly recommend without hesitation. I scheduled a facial and for Monday December 23rd. Got call 1 hrs before my appointment to say my therapist off. Rescheduled for Saturday, December 28th. Got with more notice but still canceled. I'm confused. I have to pay if I don't give 48hrs notice. But I've been canceled twice, with no compensation. CRAZY. My mom was very sweet and purchased a membership for me here for facials. We had to cancel it because I just couldn't find the time to use it. My mom and canceled. She went in and confirmed the cancelation. Then somehow it got restarted without her permission. She about the new charge and was told that they see she canceled it but that they couldn't refund it. My mom told them she would take it up with her bank at which point the person she was talking to her hung up on her. Do NOT sign up for memberships here. Also the previous Christmas my mom purchased a hot rocks couples for me and my husband. When I to make the appointment they added the hot rocks but when we showed up they had forgotten to heat them up. I overheard the masseuse tell the front desk woman and they tried to still charge us for it and not tell me that we weren't going to get hot rocks... like we wouldn't notice. This place is a scam. Go elsewhere. I had a with Nathan. I highly recommend him to anyone. He is very thorough with his and communicates well and made me feel very comfortable. I had no problems advocating for myself if pressure was too much or too little. He immediately made any changes I requested. Well worth the money for a massage. I will be booking with Nathan again. This was my first visit to hand and stone. I had a facial with Jennifer she took her time while being gentle my face looks radiant and glowing. I'm happy with the overall experience I had a facial done by Emma on April 13th. She did a wonderful job. I really enjoyed the experience and appreciated how she never tried to pressure me into buying skin care products afterwards. Highly recommend Emma and hope to be back in the future. I live in Arlington, Texas and recently acquired a membership. While visiting Washington, I treated myself and daughter in law to a Spa Day and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I had a great with Gabriel and he really helped me to relax. Upon my return, I look forward to seeing him again! I at 4:03 to make an appointment, then at 4:08 because I realize I wouldn’t be able to make that time . I was charged 69 bucks and was then received a text saying I was going to be charged. I wasn’t told anything over the phone when I to cancel. Terrible customer service . Bad business . I would highly NOT recommend spending your money here.
