United States Postal Service

Vancouver, United Kingdom Post office

Frequently mentioned in reviews: Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. I wish I could give a ZERO rating. Tgis us not the first issue I've had with the BG USPS Zoffice, but the same results. This my medications were misdelivered. When I went to the Battle Ground USPS to very nicely inquire, I was told the package was delivered to my mailbox. I assured them it was not and after a little more research they printed a photo of the mailbox and address. Surprise surprise, it wasn't mine! I was told the carrier would go get the package, contact me (they took my name and number) and then redeliver. Almost a week later and still not a peep from the office. Fortunately, the nice who received my package of medications (more than a mile away), drove it to my house and personally delivered the package a couple of days later. Very thorough and helpful application with 22 days delivery_ start to finish_ without Expedited Delivery fees! Always attentive & consistent services. Reliable prepaid shipping service! Last I was in, the lady was super helpful....and kind, thank you! Sorry but it was a while ago, I don't recall her name....was just looking for the hours today of the and noticed the high rate of unfavorable reviews....so here is a positive one! And PS - some customers can be incredibly difficult.....two sides to every story! I really hesitate to leave bad reviews but my experience here was absolutely awful. I was sending a package through eBay and noticed there wasn’t enough postage and asked to pay the difference or pay for a new label so there was enough postage. The employee was extremely in a tizzy about it. She would not allow me to pay for another label because “you did it online and there’s nothing I can do” while rolling her eyes in annoyance at me. I was trying to do the right thing and not skimp on postage but I guess that was the wrong thing to do. I tried to explain it was through eBay and she kept cutting me off and correcting me, when all I was trying to do was clarify. I asked her if she treats all the customers this way, to which she responded, “only the ones like you”. I told her I wasn’t being rude to which she responded to have a better day as if I was the nasty one! It was extremely unprofessional to say the least. I thought Ridgefield was bad, but I will not be back. It was only ten o clock when I went in, so I feel bad for the coming in for the rest of the day. What a horrible way to start your day. Just had the absolute worst experience getting my daughter’s at Battleground USPS. The worker Icka was beyond rude. To everyone. Not just us, there were 5 other that were upset about how she behaved and you couldn’t say anything or she threatened to not help you get a passport. We had no choice but to do a walk in as the website kept glitching to make an appointment. I tried 8 times. She refused to accept my daughter’s permit and threatened us when we questioned it. She argued we were wrong when the info is all right there on the website showing she was incorrect. Anytime we tried to say anything again she would threaten to not help. I stood there quietly letting her do her stuff and she got antagonists asking me “is there a problem” I repeated multiple times I just am trying to get my daughters passport. She wouldn’t let up. She wanted you to bow down. I finally said ma’am I know we are at your mercy right now. Can you please just get this done. At this point I’m very concerned if she is going to actually mail the stuff off, and I just paid $243 for every rung. She even demanded I pay and I was like I just paid. She had our money order in her hand. She was like “oh yea” When I went to leave I asked for her name because her badge was nicely covered. I could tell she was pissed because I waited to ask for it until after all was said and done. But that’s why I’m worried now if she will actually send it off. I see so many bad reviews on here in this thread. If you are reading this and have the same experience. Don’t just leave a review. You can report to the OIG. They will do an investigation. Easy in and out, friendly from the persons. No wait when I was there, but had a few come in after me. Lots of shipping supplies and services are available, plus a self-service postage machine too if you're industrious and in a hurry. Don’t go to this location at all, especially for passports. The man who was supposed to help us has us standing there for 12 mins, proceeded to tell us there is only 3 minutes of our appointment left. He berated us in front of our 2 year old and other customers for 2 minutes of that and then when I said we would leave he acted like he would help us and then told us to essentially get lost. We will be going to a different location and waiting a full month to get my son’s because of this horrible man. Avoid this place. Absolutely jerk. Smells like old fish and staff are about as unfriendly as they come. The man who "helped" us re: my son's passport, i swear just wanted to hear himself talk with some jumbled nonsensical authority. Don't bother asking for clarity. If you should walk into this awful place, know 2 things: you are always wrong, don't bother to speak. Yacolt location was heaven in comparison. We were greeted with smiles and in and out in 10 mins! Living at Battle Ground almost 1 yr 8 months. Receiving a lot of postage and parcels, I believe there were about 3 wrongly delivered parcels all this time. All were recovered or sent to proper home. The is also helpful when requesting information about other services, and take to give the customer full attention even when there is long line of people. Feels like they may be understaffed, but I believe they are doing great job with what they got, thank you for your service. I love local US in any local city and community. However, the Battle Ground US with less trained staff and Staff doesn’t seem care nor capable to help or be able to deliver on or recognize local addresses in the community. That’s why these are underpaid and most of them don’t care about the service. If you ask most of the employees at the offices. They will tell UPS, FeDX and other carriers services they get paid better than the postal service. That’s the postal management that don’t care about who they hire or train. For the management folks, bodies is all they need. I would hope the upper management would care about the local community. Because the is a critical place for so many reasons. Recently moved in to our new home that we bought. We continuously get mail that belongs to that no longer live here I have notified the as well as having a note inside of my mailbox however, the mail continues to get delivered and even though I had my flag up in the mail that was incorrectly delivered with return to sender written on it in the mailbox they just flipped the flag down and kept going. Good job battle ground office!! You them for the smallest favor that requires them to lift a finger and they will roll their eyes and pout. These are the rudest public employees I've ever dealt with in my life. I'll be shopping with ups and FedEx from now on Waste of to even try. You’re better off sending something on your own from your house. Or go to any other in Vancouver. It’s worth the drive considering I like out in the boonies of battleground.
