Great, fun place! Play was wonderful. The cast was amazing. Wonderful theater! Last night, my grandma and I saw "Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks" and it was HILARIOUS! We loved the cast, the seats were very comfortable, and we both thought the play itself was a choice by the theater. Well done all around! I can't wait to see another here. Thanks again for a night out! Went for a here. energy, cast. Even if the is not necessarily the rendition you may be expecting the cast and performance are top notch Will definitely come back Nice seating and light snacks available Saw Little Women here and thought is was really good. Surprised little old Vancouver has that much talent! I struggle with live performances due to tinnitus related hearing loss. This offers hearing devices that are connected right to the actors microphones. It made it 100% better to be able to hear with clarity. Thank you! memories here. I have been in several plays and will hopefully do more. We saw Little Women and it was done really well. is clean and acoustics were good. This is a very well kept theater. I recently worked here doing a video shoot. It was a place to work in. Everything went smoothly. While I haven't seen a here (I've only worked in the space doing a closed video shoot), I do hope to one day. Their lighting grid was rather impressive for a space of its size. And, with an ETC system, I felt right at home adjusting some lights needed for our video recording. This was a to see. Hopefully I'll get to do more video shoots there in the future as well as actually see a as a regular audience member. I purchased 3 tickets in advance for a Sunday matinee. It was a play I had never heard of but my friends and I were intrigued by the description and haven’t been here before so we were excited. The is very nice and clean, well maintained. During the introduction, the director said, “Thank you for coming to this reading.” We did not pay for a reading, we came to see a play. The entire nearly 3 hour production was actors with scripts in hand & it was so distracting. We almost left during intermission but we had hopes it would get better, it never did. Only one actor was off book and she came onstage in the end, she was the only character any of us enjoyed. I reviewed my tickets, the website description made no mention of this being a reading. It’s possible all of their “plays” are readings, I’m not sure but I will continue going to small theaters over the bridge instead. acoustics in a small and intimate setting. You can smell the breath of actors in row A. It was a play too.. We’ve seen some excellent plays here and some ok plays. Fun, campy, sweet, intimate, beloved offering. Treat yourself to a great, organic-entertainment treat! Amazing production of little Women the Musical! cast! singing! Wonderful score and excellent dialogue plus line delivery! A can’t miss show!!! The latest show, Jeeves at Sea, is lots of fun with acting. All seats are comfortable with a view of the stage. The Magenta is a cute theater. It's a small venue and pretty intimate. I saw their Frankenstein production and it was a lot of fun. I look forward to going again. Sets were creative, acting was good. There really aren't any bad seats in the house. I'll definitely go again depending on my interest of what's playing. They do 5 plays and a musical each year. Never had a bad there. Plus the staff is amazingly kind and helpful. Always worth the trip casting and sharp, funny comedy performance! What a nice suprise to have a friend share this cute little theatre..I will definitely be back! Where to start?
