Upstanding gentleman very kind and pleasurable to with they were efficient with their time, very professional and cleanly inside the home and they did fantastic work. I highly this dynamic duo and this company for your plumbing needs. If I could give ZERO stars I would. The company has been HORRIBLE to with. Last December out main drain line had collapsed and was backing up sewage into the house. We have 2 young kids and that wasn't safe. They were Theo only company to answer an after hours call some had no choice but to use them. Todd came out and was demanding we file insurance claims and rip apart our bathrooms and driveway to fix the issue. After cussing out my dad Todd took payment to install a clean out access and "high pressure jet the clay piping". The next day 2 workers show up and get into an argument with my neighbor over the piping and the use of a high pressure jet on already damaged clay piping. The is completed by end of day and I paid the remaining balance. I have since received two threats of my "unpaid balance being sent to collections" I have called them billing department twice to have this resolved. While trying to resolve the issue with billing I was told by Nate that Todd had been fired for "falsifing invoices" and "I can see that you paid he filed the invoice wrong again." Finally I filed a complaint with the BBB. I called Pilot because we woke up without hot water. They sent a tech out immediately to look at our heater. The technician 's name was Justin and he did a great job. He experienced some problems swapping out parts. It took all day to get the heater finally fixed, and he ended up, actually replacing it under warranty. He was here until nine p m, and I was impressed with his dedication, knowledge, hard work, and his friendliness. I have used Pilot Plumbing for several projects around my house and always found them to be professional, friendly, and highly skilled. I would them highly. Andre and Jeremy came out to change a while home filter system. They were incredibly efficient. They did a clean and tidy job. They ensured everything was working properly before they left. We always receive great service from Pilot Plumbing. Kudos to Andy for having another great crew! My 1st impression of Pilot Plumbing & Drain has been very positive. I made an appointment on Saturday for a quote on the following Monday. Andre, their technician, arrived on time in spite of the fact that he had to navigate around road closures and heavy road paving equipment on my street. He was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He listened attentively as we explained our many and varied plumbing concerns which we have delayed for too many years. He took photos and notes and showed us how we could save money by doing some of the simple repairs ourselves. I was especially appreciative of the fact that Andre made no attempt to oversell us. I’ve always considered myself a good judge of character and I came away with a good feeling that Andre is honest and genuinely interested in doing his very best for his customers. Had some serious plumbing issues that took the team some time and experience to fix but they did great! Brandon , Jeremie and Jeff were professional and hard working. Rich came out quick to take a survey of the damage and get me in contact with his best guys Andre and Sean. They came out and worked late into the night to bring hot back to my home. Would 👍 Yesterday was the first time I used this company. I called them because of their strong google reviews and found that their service is consistent with the reviews. I called in on a Saturday and was able to get an appointment the following Monday. (They could have come on the weekend, but it wasn't an emergency.) Catie, the technician, was super helpful and explained everything going on with my sink. She went through a process of figuring out where the leak was coming from and replacing less expensive parts first, rather than pushing a total replacement, which saved me money, and I really appreciate that. I'm planning to have them come out to do some more for me soon. I needed a quick education about heat pump heaters and Andrew was an amazing teacher! He was very knowledgeable and patient with a thorough explanation. I am able to postpone a replacement, thanks to him, and he will be my only call when it's time to do it. There are not many locally owned businesses in this corporate world and we need to support them the good ones! If anyone needs a plumber I cannot Pilot Plumbing and Drain enough! I called them out for a second opinion; they priced the job fairly and were able to come back same day to complete the job. Andy, the owner came to quote us and he was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He provided us with the quote and was able to get us scheduled the same day. Chris was the plumber that came out with another gentleman, unfortunately I did not catch his name but they were both very polite, efficient, and professional. They came in, got to and completed the jobs quickly. They did not leave a big mess and the whole process was a great experience. I would definitely use them again and will them to everyone in need of a plumber.
