Daniel Hahn came to our for a possible bathroom leak, at which he noticed our kitchen floor had not dried from water saturation. It didn't take him 10 minutes before making the decision to set up his equipment and begin an emergency dry out phase. As the Project Manager he oversaw all aspects of our mitigation, demolition, and dry out claim. He and his crew handled themselves with friendly and considerate professionalism. I'm grateful to have had Daniel as our fist point of contact. I highly recommend Daniel for anything you need. His skills are uniquely his, and his alone. I'd like to express my gratitude to DryTime Restoration, specifically to Patrick, Ricky and Micah. I experienced a sewage backup in my townhouse and they performed the necessary restoration. While it was taxing on me emotionally since I from home, the crew was extremely professional and kind. They got to right away, were efficient with their time, and always cleaned up after themselves. They also came over daily to check on the progress and coordinated around my schedule - and they were always right on when they said they would be! If they needed to leave to take a break, they texted and communicated to me exactly when they would be leaving and coming back again, even offering to bring me a coffee or something back from the store. Just the overall professionalism and communication was above and beyond! I would definitely recommend them for any of your restoration needs. There is nothing worst the coming after and seeing water spots on the ceilings. I based my choice solely off what their google review rating was and I’m glad I chose Drytime. From my initial panicked call talking to Ben? (the owner) who did a very good job of helping me stay calm and being very reassuring of the whole situation. Then the dispatcher who called and was so kinda. To finally the best part Ricky showing up in 15 minutes. He was amazing, he walked me through everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Took lots of pictures, was very thorough. He spent a good 2 hours (830pm-1030pm!!!) going over everything, setting up dehumidifiers, taping the walls off. He also walked me through the process getting an insurance claimed filed. And he was beyond kind, he kept the small talk going which really helps when your mind is racing with every senerio, and by the he left I didn’t feel panicked or overwhelmed anymore. Cause you would get another 5 stars. But mitigation has finally ended at my house and I am so happy with Drytime and their crew. Every single person I worked with Ricky, project manager, Blake, Deanthony, Marquis, Anthony, Aris along with a couple others whose names I can’t remember were so kind, knowledge, I felt so comfortable having them around and in the house, even when I had to be at work. I was informed of everything all the time. Even with a few missteps in the process I was taken very good care of. And hopefully this is will never happen again, but if it did this is who I’m calling. Thank you for job well done. OUTSTANDING service!!! We were referred to DY by our plumber. What went from a little water leak led to a discovery of major damage to our kitchen. Danielle was prompt, friendly and impressive in her knowledge of what we could expect. She explained the process thoroughly and was patient with questions. The crew that worked on the demolition, were respectful (caring!) and went above and beyond our expectations. They knew how stressful the situation was and were reassuring. There was absolutely nothing I would report as a negative. DryTime was fantastic to with! They came right away, and every day after that to ensure my was efficiently dried out after a pipe broke. The damage was extensive, and they did a great job at finding all areas of the that were affected and communicating their recommendations to me at every turn. They had excellent communication, always giving me a heads up when they were on their way over and any updates after checking on my home. I felt that I was in good hands the entire time. DryTime did a great job helping us with water damage from our leaking roof. They were able to come to our house quickly on a Saturday, and were very communicative. They also helped with our insurance which was particularly helpful. Daniel specifically was extremely helpful and quick to respond to our many questions. While I hope I don’t have to use them again, I certainly will if we experience more water damage to our house. We had a great experience with this company! They came out quickly and were always easy to contact throughout the process. Danielle was our project manager and she explained everything thoroughly and did a great job getting rid of the mold, drying everything out, and identifying the rotten wood caused by the leaky pipe in our crawl space. They were also very upfront about the cost and did their best to keep costs down, especially since our insurance wouldn't cover anything.
